This was a DVD that the in-store staff…
This was a DVD that the in-store staff said was coming out on 12 December. I was slightly worried as it was to form part of a CHristmas present. I needn't have worried. I pre-ordered it to be delivered to my home address and it arrived within a day or two of its release. Good, reliable service. Thank you.

Only one person at till. Who appeared to be doing both purchases as well as enquiries / Customer Services. 4 people including me waiting
Could not see many staff around. Tho appreciate probably significantly low due to festive period.
Store whilst clean appeared rather messy / untidy. Which it usually isn't.
Tho I fully appreciate low staff and exceptionally high customer foot fall
