Staff in Reading are great so friendly and very helpful!
Couldn't find what was looking for and they helped so quick when I picked order up wasn't a long wait and was received with a smile and was out the door within a few minutes

Excellent value and great customer service
In comparison with Amazon the movie I ordered from HMV came at a fraction of the price. Collection could not have been better, came with a smile and a thank you from the sales assistant. The Halloween costumes were a nice touch too.

Great experience
A member of staff , on the shop floor was extremely helpful- able to show me what I was after, plus being able to go & search for an obscure band that my son wanted ( & update me re:back catalogue)
Knew which 90’s bands / albums I was looking for- so important to have staff of different ages- this proves the point!
The staff member at the till, easily found a pre-order I’d made & served me politely and helpfully too.
Loved the buzzing atmosphere, with the live band etc- took me right back to my local HMV I grew up near. More live music would be great- new & established bands.

I thought the whole order process was really professional & the collection of the order had really efficient customer service and they used positive communication they were polite and really friendly whilst I got my order all in all a really positive experience I'll come back and order with this company again

Helpful staff and excellent service
The staff were very helpful in sourcing 2 DVDs for me. Both were old 70/80s films. One was in stock and the other ordered. The ordered arrived in a couple of days. Very impressed with the service and would recommend using the HMV Reading store to family and friends.

i bought a newjeans(kpop) album today…
i bought a newjeans(kpop) album today and i noticed that the photocards were missing (it was sealed so it was most likely the manufacturers fault) and i contacted costumer service and they told me to return/exchange it
i went back to the store and one of the staff (his name is john if i’m not wrong) helped me with this he was very sweet abt it too i’m very grateful and happy that i was able to exchange it
