Ordering made simple
I needed an unusual film version of a TV series.
spoke to young woman at HMV counter who had
the DVD sorted in no time.
Price was good, service was good. DVD was was
delivered to my home a couple of days later.

The customer service was brilliant and…
The customer service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The item u wanted was not in stock but it was ordered for me and the delivery was only a few days.

Massive selection, Fantastic staff

Slow delivery time, poor quality
It took far to long for the vinyl to be delivered, and when it did arrive the quality of the vinyl is horrendous, I’ve got vinyl that is 30+ years old that sound’s better

Ordered 2 LPs for collection at local HMV. One was available in 2 days, the other arrived on the release date. Well packaged. Good service, will use again.

OVERALL GOOD JOB…
Great service even though it took a few weeks to sort out item. However was kept well informed on my orders progress. In shop was dealt with in friendly manner & happy to help with the queries. Apart from taking a while I can't fault anything else so overall happy customer.
