The customer service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The item u wanted was not in stock but it was ordered for me and the delivery was only a few days.

Slow delivery time, poor quality
It took far to long for the vinyl to be delivered, and when it did arrive the quality of the vinyl is horrendous, I’ve got vinyl that is 30+ years old that sound’s better

Ordered 2 LPs for collection at local HMV. One was available in 2 days, the other arrived on the release date. Well packaged. Good service, will use again.

OVERALL GOOD JOB…

Pleasant and Help Store Colleagues
Went in to the Redditch HMV to buy the X-Files complete set on dvd but the only one that was on the shelf had packaging damage and this was for a gift. A member of staff understood and kindly ordered me another one and it was at the store within 2 days. Will be visiting the store again to purchase more gifts.
