On my recent order i was surprised that it was delivered to the shop by royal mail rather than usual stock delivery , apart from that it was fine.

A great service all round
The assistant was very helpful when ordering our PlayStation 4 game. He ordered it very efficiently and we were advised it was in the store awaiting collection after only a few days. Very impressed with the service.

Was able to order in store and the 1st album i ordered arrived quickly and in excellent condition
The store itself im always impressed with the range of stock and new additions especially to the kpop section. Customer service is always excellent

The store assistant was very helpful finding me a particular ABBA title but you didn't have one in stock so he preorder me one instead. So l was happy with his service.

Staff need training
I wasn't given my whole order luckily I checked it when I got outside the shop and had to go back in and ask what's going on the female stuff didn't know what to do luckily there was a male staff member who got it sorted and found my missing items
