The whole experience and service was fantastic
The staff In the store ordered my dvd for me as I couldn't find it in the shop. Which was great. And then I was emailed when it was ready to pick up. Marvellous service.

In today's world
In today's world, good customer service is increasingly rare, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the individual who served us and placed my order was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond, and I believe they deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their name, but I want to express my deep appreciation for their assistance.
All of the staff at the Sheffield High Street location were fantastic, greeting us warmly at the door, but it was the person who served us that really stood out. More companies could benefit from having staff like yours. It's not about being pushy or overbearing, but rather providing genuine, attentive service, which this team excelled at. Keep up the great work!
