Secure and easy click and collect experience!
I got an email a couple of days later after my online purchase to say that my order was ready to collect. I presented the email to the HMV sales assistant, she quickly got my order and was safe to collect for me as well. I opened my order (Noelle, Valkyrie Armour - FUNKO POP figure), and excellent condition it was kept in (including the box). So if you have a HMV locally to you, I recommend doing the click and collect as it’s free and secure too.

Superb Service
Love the Staines store. The woman, whose name I should know now, is so helpful and so knowledgeable. She always helps with my Kpop purchases (for my kids) making everything so simple.

Order has not arrived
We ordered our CD 5 days ago and I have had no notification it is being sent out. The order confirmation says it will be dispatched in 24 hours. It’s been 120 hours and I’ve heard nothing but we have spent £27.99! Not great service

Really helpful and friendly staff
Efficiently found my product on line and ordered it.
Delivery came within two days.
