Great experience
Pre-orderded the dvd online well before release date. Payment wasn't taken until the dvd was despatched. Dvd arrived on release date. Over the moon. Great service.

Called into the store in Sunderland, the young guy was really helpful, couldn’t find what I was looking for, he went out the back and checked then ordered product online for me.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, friendly, helpful went out if his way. Excellent service from him.

Looked around for a dvd for my hubby…
Looked around for a dvd for my hubby but unable to find it, asked assistant but was not in stock but was told he would order it for me, and in the next few days had email to say dvd was there excellent service Davey thank you.

Went in store instantly and helpfully assisted with search for vinyl which needed to be ordered I choose to pick up in store delivered 48 hrs later
