Purchased dvds
Purchased dvds. New releases easy to find. Not as many older films in store as there used to be however staff are very helpful and ordering whatever purchase I require is fast and easy. Always a pleasure to use hmv.

Good selection of vinyls
Always have a good experience when shopping online. Can always find what I need. Good selection of vinyls and dvd's. Prices are good and only waited a few days for delivery.

Bought item online and took back to store as no longer needed.
Refused refund to my card but offered a refund on credit note?
Don’t get this business model at all, sports direct have the same policy.

I was returning an item
I was returning an item. My own fault, I'd purchased two of the same item by mistake (both from HMV) The staff were really understanding and friendly, before promptly completing my refund. 10/10 for customer service!

Chose to pick up in the Swansea store it I has been a big part of my teens & beyond.
