Order in store is good
Size of t shirt I wanted to purchase had sold out and not avaliable in store. I ordered what I wanted at the checkout till in store which was easy to do. I was pleased I didn't have to go home and order online as I probably would have chosen something else to send as a gift. Thank you

Helpful staff
The guys in the Telford store were so helpful in finding the album I needed. They didn't just point me to a shelf, they walked around and looked with me and described the front cover so I could look too. They were really patient.

Ordered this item a while ago before it was available so it dropped out of my account but hmv were quick to let me know that I had to reorder the item because if the timescale of me ordering it and it becoming available then once it was in store they were quick to let me know it was ready for collection
