Great staff at Telford
Tried to do Ring and collect. After I had reserved my item I got a notification saying it was out of stock. So I went in to store. Lovely member of staff tried to set if they had it in store then ordered it for me. Delivery was quick

Speed & convenience
I have two items ordered - first mone arrived by post 4 days later.
Second one - In-store assistant very helpful. Went to the trouble of searching for a DVD for me. Not in shop, so ordered it for me; order confirmed by text later that day.
Four days later, received a text to say my DVD had arrived. Went to the shop to collect it, but unfortunately missed it’s closing time (1700) so will have to pick it up another day

On time and friendly
I ordered click and collect - the parcel was delivered to the shop when I'd expected and the sales assistant was polite, friendly and helpful.

Order still not ready for collection!
Order was dispatched to the store for click and collect 7 days ago. Still haven't received an email to say my order has arrived at the store, yet I've been asked to rate the service... I've contacted you to find out where my order is and when it'll arrive, but I've had no response.
