Excellent but there is something that i would implement
I have purchased online three records for £55, and used paypal in 3 months or klarna sometimes. So, for the click and collect delivery it took 5 days to get into store despite a fact that same records present in the shop, so I would advise HMV to look at stock availability to avoid same issues in the future.
Also, it would be so advantageous for actual shops to have Paypal or Klarna facilities as that would help many customers get records as much as they want!

Handed till receit in folder for £5.99 dvd asked asked loads of questions and finally proof of iD
What's the point dvd already paid message sent to phone plus original till receit and then you go through all this
