The first 2 Vinyl's arrived first then the 3rd came a bit later. But I managed to stay in town to be able to collect the same day. The staff were very helpful.

I have been looking for a DVD of an old movie
I have been looking for a particular DVD. When I could not find it in the store, the staff at the shop took the time to look online and eventually ordering the item. The delivery was very prompt as well.

No staff at the checkout
Arrived to pick up a pre ordered LP. No staff at the checkout or visibly present, waited several minutes for staff to appear after I rang the bell which I nearly missed because of the clutter surrounding it. Was served by a guy who didn’t appear too interested.

First time using click and collect
Used the click and collect service to order a DVD. The whole process was quick, easy and painless. Got updates via email through the whole process. Very easy and straightforward. Very helpful and friendly staff at the Watford branch.
