Great customer service
I regularly shop in the Watford branch and the staff are incredibly helpful. Can't find what you're looking for? Want a recommendation for a good film? Just ask. Recently ordered online for the first time and my purchase arrived in good order and within the stated time parameters. No complaints.

HMV experience
Beau who served me was very helpful in ordering me what I needed. He was very polite and my order came through very quickly and I got everything I needed. When I went back to receive my items I was served by a different person who was also very helpful and polite.

The package came in good conditions, although the website states that they “hope to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours” and mine was dispatched about 3-4 days after my purchase, but I must admit HMV is a really amazing shop with high quality products!

Did not have Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season 2 Blu-ray in store, so the HMV staff employee ordered this for me to pickup in-store. Arrived quickly within a couple of days to pick up. Very happy with the customer service!
