Fab staff, very helpful
I was searching a few dvds for my nephew for Christmas. I couldn't find the ones I wanted. I asked a staff member who said it's easier to order on our website, which I did and received all 3 of them within 2 weeks. Easy to order, fab service.

Staff are friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I sometimes go in to try a CD by an artist/band I don't know anything about - I always get good advice/recommendations from the staff. LONG LIVE THE CD AND LONG LIVE HMV!

I knew the product was being released but did not know its name the staff were very helpful in finding this out and placing the order for me.
I had it delivered to store and received a message to say that it had arrived and was ready for collecting, which I did later the same day.
Great service and communication from all the staff involved.
