This order was all due to me asking…
This order was all due to me asking about a certain album that wasn't on the shelf, but I had seen days before. The till person immediately offered I order it in once they noticed that there was none in stock.
Got an email on both dispatch and arrival and was able to get it a few days later with no trouble. Will definitely order something from there again if it comes to it.

Top service from HMV. Ordered a gift online for my daughter for Xmas, it arrived quickly and safely. However upon arrival I learned that my brother had purchased the same item! So I popped into local store and explained, staff were really nice and allowed me to exchange it for something else and made it all really simple and easy! Always top service from HMV

Good in store experience
My experience online was fine. I had an issue where I hadn’t been notified that my order was available to pick up though. Despite this, I would like to give props to the supervisor who delt with me in store. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. But he was very on the ball. He apologised for my wait and gave me what I needed. He came across as knowing what he was doing, was easy to talk too and sorted my issue with ease. Thank you to him (Worthing store)

Incredible customer service; as the CD single I wanted was not in stock, a staff member offered to order it in for me as it is popular (The Beatles). I was notified that it had arrived 2 days later. Very impressed!
