Fair price, good updates
I was able to order the item I wanted (Naxos English Song Collection) at a fair price with the option to collect in store. I knew at the point of placing my order that the item would need to be ordered from suppliers and was kept informed on the process in a satisfactory manner. Staff on collection were friendly and helpful.

Ever since busing it home, HMV carrier bag in hand with the Sex Pistols "Never Mind the Bollocks" in 1976. The anticipation of putting the needle on the record and freaking out to the new sounds! Well, in 2025 I still get a similar feeling, Really helpful folk in the shop.

I have never had any issues with HMV, in fact l prefer to visit the store , my local one is worthing, as l used to visit the Chichester store, both are always helpful and friendly, l love to look round, but if l am unable to visit then l use your online site, delivery is always on time. Thank you.
