Easy to order online, HMV kept me updated with order progress. Order arrived at store on time. Very pleasant staff member. Only negative is that the item I ordered was very small but arrived in very large box with much packaging!

Order Incomplete
The order was not completed and even after a couple of weeks, the order has still not been completed, I used the collect from store option but there is clearly a problem in informing the store staff of the complete order, there seems to be an emphasis on what has been delivered not what is still to arrive. I suspect that the product I ordered will not now arrive.

Quick delivery of t-shirts to store. Friendly and helpful staff at HMV Worthing. Excellent communication via email regarding when the t-shirts were dispatched and then when they were ready to collect. The website was easy to navigate when ordering my garments.

Great staff let down by silly systems.
A new cd would not play so I had to order a replacement. So this means it wasn’t a 5 but the staff were very helpful and good at their jobs but sadly restricted by hassly systems….. they had to issue a refund on a gift card and then use that to purchase the new one. What a waste of time and plastic!!!
