You know how they always told you "you get what you pay for"... well not even that much if you buy from this "company". I would give this company zero stars if it were an option. Despite the overwhelming negative reviews I read, I gave this internet vendor a chance and purchased for my ten year old brother an RC helicopter. I sent them an email referring to the negative reviews and asked that they double check my order to ensure it's correct arrival. I also asked for a contact phone number. I received an email confirming my order (by what seems to be a one-man show) and a useless phone number to which you will never get through. Upon receiving the item, it was missing the on/off switch entirely (not damaged during shipping). It also did not fly properly. I called and was not even given the option to leave a message. The company responded to my request to have the item returned and issued a refund by asking me to send them photos proving it was in fact broken. The email was accusatory, indicating that I had broken it or that I was lying. After a long string of emails, I was forced to file a claim with my bank and with the good ol' BBB. They never offered to issue an RMA number or a refund and were merely trying to give me the run-around to reach the 30 day standard limit for returns. All this for free shipping... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Just pay the shipping somewhere else.
PLEASE LEARM FROM MY MISTAKE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SOTRE IT IS A JOKE I HAVE BEEN TO THERE ADRESS TWICE. I am having a terrible experience with them. I bought a esky big lama and it did not work. I returned it to them a less then a week later. There policy says up to five days to look at a returned product. It now been five weeks later. They have not look at the helicopter to fix. They have none in stock and do not know when they will get more in stock. I am fighting to get a refund.. Every time I call they tell me there is something wrong with there system. I am now calling my credit card company to try to get this reversed . I wish I hd never placed an order wit them. Buy from anyone else but this place.
