love going into hobbycraft there is so much choice and reasonable prices. excellent if you are starting a new hobby, the staff are helpful and there are various workshops. excellent also if you are looking for craft items for existing hobbies.

Amazing

Whether instore or online this is a reslly fantastic company. Orders arrive promptly. Everything is as described online. Service instore fab too. Friendly staff and dog friendly.

I am a loyal customer of many years and…

I am a loyal customer of many years and I tried to buy a large canvas and home delivery doesnt allow a customer to buy a single large item, forcing customers to buy 2. Į went into the shop in Cambridge - staff were great and gave me customer services for help. Advisor on the call, was patronizing and kept telling me she understood my “feelings”. I asked for a reason why I had to buy 2 items. I recorded the call and told the advisor I was recording and she told me I didn’t have permission to record and she cut the call. Staff then made another call, and advised that 2 canvas delivery iš for purposes of protecting a single canvas from damage!!! Hobbycraft packaging should not force customers to buy 2 items to protect a single item. Thats like ordering anything online and forced to buy 2 products to support packaging. Very disappointed and feel this is financial abuse of loyal customers

Edit response to Hobby craft - again the customer services advisor refused to give me a reason, why I had to purchase 2 canvas instead of what I wanted which was only one. I was forced to buy 2 and told I should return one to the shop for a refund!!!

Įf i had transport i could just buy one in the shop and take it home myself…i dont get why a policy states customers must buy 2 canvas at £40 a canvas doubling the price to satisfy hobbycraft packaging issues!!!

It’s not a good look at all… it’s forced consumerism and financial abuse of your loyal customers!

Rude customer service at Chester store

Rude customer service from Graham at the Chester depot. The store is lovely and would recommend using it however If your looking for help and good customer service I would avoid speaking to Graham at all costs as you will leave the store with nothing and feeling humiliated.

Good service

Called into the Carlisle branch last week and had such good service from a young lady called Emma.
Nothing was to much trouble, and when I could not find one of the products I needed Emma ran back upstairs to save me the trouble. All done with a smile .
Well done, good old fashion service.

What a brilliant company

What a brilliant company! Normally only buy for myself but used Honbycraft this year for my scouting group. The products were delivered quick. A couple of items were damaged (I assume due to transit) hobbycraft quickly replaced these and I received them the next day. I had an issue with my email address so couldnt check tracking, the customer service team were brill, nothing was too much. We will be using Hobbycraft all the time, your items are brilliant.
