This was first new sewing machine in over 30 years. The advice given by the on-line support was excellent in pointing me to the machine I ultimately purchased. Service and delivery were spot on as well.

I was looking for the sewing machine from the sewing bee program and found it on hobby sew. It was on special offer so I didn't think I would also get the 10% off but I did. Great value, I ordered it Sunday night and they kept me informed every time something happened to my order. I received it on Tuesday morning which was fantastic. Really pleased with my machine and tried it all. I was surprised to also receive the bonus package with the scissors and threads. Can not believe the value and fantastic service. Will definitely be ordering more in the near future. So pleased with everything.

I was just looking at the machines on their website and started a conversation on the on-line chat chat window. I am usually dubious of these things and always think that they are a a computer. It was a real person and I was able to chat with them easily with about what I was looking for and they were able to find what I was looking for. I was not put under pressure to purchase and I had a call and spoke to their representative and they agreed all the information with me and confirmed the delivery date. I received everything that was promised at the time I was promised me. Thank you so much for such an easy transaction and great products.

Hadn't completely made my mind up so needed a bit of help choosing a sewing machine. Very helpful on the phone didn't try to steer me to a more expensive model so ordered the necchi millipunti M226. 2 days later delivered. Lovely machine, a dream to use especially as my other one is about 40 years old. Would definitely recommend this company

The machine arrived within a couple of days of ordering it and took me by surprise as I was decorating and didn't expecting to receive it until after the weekend. Anyway it had to stay in the packaging until I had the time to give it my full attention and it hasn't disappointed! So excited about doing new projects with it. The whole experience has been brilliant from being able to ask for advice, through to ordering and paying and receiving the machine, not to mention the free gifts!

I recently purchased my new machine from Hobby Sew , next day delivery which was great ! This machine is so easy to use and I am delighted with the buy which was a showroom model, it looked and operated like a new one , I couldn't have been more pleased . I expect to spend many hours enjoying my hobbies with the use of my Singer Brilliance 6180 .

I have been looking for an overlocker for some time but have found it difficult to get advice on which machine would suit my needs in the budget I was working with. I researched Hobbysew on line and found them to be very helpful with high customer service standards according to the reviews I read.
I rang them one evening and spoke to Jason. He was incredibly helpful and answered all the questions I had and advised me which machine he thought would be best for me. I ordered a machine which was delivered 2 days later. I will certainly use this company again and am confident of good service in the future should I need further assistance.

Customer service is probably the best I've experienced in a long time. There was a problem with an order I had placed and they rang me straight away to resolve the issue with no fuss. Extremely helpful.

I recently bought a machine and it was faulty and I received excellent customer service by Jason who arranged pick up of the faulty machine and delivery of a replacement within 24 hours. Today I had a query with something on the replacement and Olivia was able to help me via the instant message tool on the site -this time it was user error!!. I recommend buying from your company, the after sales service is fantastic.

I bought a Necchi Alicia 66 machine and have been very surprised at the amount of stitches and variations on the machine for the price, especially the one step buttonhole which is usually on more expensive machines. I am thrilled with my purchase.
I must also add that when I rang and a young man answered I thought 'will he know the answers to my questions'. He turned out to know so much about each machine and he was a great help. Thank you.

Bought sewing machine for early xmas present for wife, not opened it yet but purchased on the Tues and it was delivered Wed Great service there. When she's tried it I came further verify.
