vehicle arrived with an oil leak, airbag fault, scratches all over bald tires just utterly shocking.

management are so rude and swore most days down the phone at me. had to get the small claims involved to get my money back

Seen a lovley peugeot for sale contacted these guys (dom) arranged a test drive and the rest is history as they say, very professional sales team no pushy tactics, everything straight forward, I would recommend to anyone to buy a car off these guys, I will be back again,

Fantastic experience, picked me up from Sheffield train station. Cannot complain! Harry there was great, ask for him if your heading down to buy a car!

Firstly I’ve got to mention Hannah who was fantastic through the purchase of the car keeping us well informed throughout. Secondly the measure of a customer services dept in a business is when things go wrong and at this point I can’t fault the level of service I received. Shortly after receiving the car a couple of issues were identified with the car by our local garage (120miles away from Autopark), management advised us to get the work done and they would refund the costs which they did with no quibble or delays, can’t ask for fairer than that.

Total.ignorance. They sell u a car with with serous problems. They sell.oil burners and water leaking boots and you get Blackpool lights on dash board and at no extra cost rust bucket. Ignorance is bliss to them . Car needed new cam belt and water pump and software update and new tyres all round and new battery and new reg plates and a full service. Crack in engine block and misfire and rusty wing and arches . Having to sue . Garage needs shutting down just con artists trading standards involved now

Bought a BMW X2 (Gold)
Found it had serious gearbox problems (constantly jumps out of 2nd) so took it back and rejected it
AA eventually got all my money back and
Don’t be fooled by the AA approval !!!
Salesmen are great UNTIL there’s a problem…they then disappear
If you really must buy a car here then choose finance …at least if there’s a problem you can refuse to pay it
Also google the warranty company reviews it ain’t worth having

I also bought a car last month, they took 2 weeks to give me the car 'awaiting parts' gave me the car with a full 12 month MOT driving it away with no advisories. This month its in my local garage showing me the wishbone has lots of movement and the shock absorber is shot with oil everywhere.

Less than 700 miles use this was clearly not an MOT pass with no advisorys.

I'm going to trading standards with the bill and paperwork as agree its not just us effected.

Very helpful staff and nothing was a problem. We asked for a little work to be done on the car which was done within the time scale and they kept us up to date.
