My sewing machine arrived quiker than i expected. I was excited to open it and was surprised to see that in the parcel was extra items free... Scissors and threads as well as the extra feet and extenstion table. I have used the machine and within 5 minutes i had sewn peoples names. Something i had never done before. I love my machine. I took it to my quilting group and all the ladies played on it and they all loved it too. It is so easy to use and i would reccommend it to anyone. Thank you Steve at hobbysew.

Ordered a sewing machine for my partner and got it cheaper than anywhere else I found thanks to their promotions. I even got emailed when I used the wrong code confirming the correct code. Jason was very friendly and efficient and great value.

Ordered my machine online. After initial confirmation never received any further information. Phoned to chase my order, waited all day for call back. Then told my machine would be delivered the next day. No delivery arrived. Phoned again after 2 more days of waiting to be informed that the model I ordered is not in stock. Finally I had a differemt model delivered that had only 30 stitch options not 50 I wanted. I cannot recommend this company.

The service was excellent. Postage was very quick and the sewing machine was exactly as described so very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

I ordered a singer sewing machine and within two days it had arrived complete with two lovely free gifts !! I was really pleased :)

I contacted Hobbysew regarding a Janone machine i was interested in buying and was so impressed with their knowledge of the machine (and the incredible discount on the price) I bought it there and then!
The follow-up was great too, Jeff called me back two or 3 times and offered extended warranty/ free gifts etc and I even got an email from the MD!
Hope the after service is as good as I was offered training and would like to take Hobbysew up on that

You would have has 5 star had you sent me the oil and brush for the sewing machine that you promised me. It was missing in the pack.

I've had some friction with customer service not acting on the lost parcel, but once the HobbySew Director got involved with my case - it was immediately resolved and I got spoiled rotten! I was upgraded to a higher model of the machine free of charge, it was delivered next day and it works like a dream. I'm now a happy bunny.

I needed English instructions for my machine purchase and they arrived in my inbox the following day. Excellent customer service. I even spoke to the MD! Will most certainly use again.

I was able to discuss sewing machines via the chat box and Hobbysew despatched my machine which arrived two days later with unexpected extras, scissors and thread also arriving afterwards. A good warranty and back up support. I will recommend them to others.

I am so pleased with my new Singer Heavy Duty 4432 - It is perfect for sewing through layers, grips fabric well with perfect even stitching. It's super fast but the speed can be controlled by the pedal. Quick dispatch from HobbySew, I would definitely recommend them and already have to my online sewing friends!

I have never used this firm before but they came up with the best price on my new sewing machine. Not only was the price good but they gave me 10% discount on check out through the on line web chat. The delivery arrived much faster than I was expecting. Well done Hobby Sew I will be back!

I could not believe how the machine must have been despatched as soon as I had ordered it. Well done, what a great service.
