Due to illness I was unable to visit a store in person, so I contacted Hobgoblin via e-mail and received great advice as to suitable products - really helpful and not pushy at all. I bought one of the Ukulele's they suggested and I couldn't be happier with it - exactly what I was looking for!

The product I purchased was second a second hand Mandolin by Moon made in Scotland from the London Store cost was £800.00. I appreciate it was purchased as seen online with the three pictures shown.. But there were no details regarding the state of the bridge and string spacings were way out , saying that it is used and I have resolved this issue with my local luthier with a new bridge and nut.
It may have been better if you had provided a more thorough condition report on the instrument to inform buyers on making any decisions when purchasing second hand online.
Saying all that - I am delighted with my purchase as it was an instrument I had been seeking for a long time.
The packaging was second to none regarding the safety of the instrument and delivery was prompt.
