My family has been shopping with hobgoblin for almost 40 years, i myself have been shopping with them for a few years now.

Every order has been nothing but brilliant
Always quality items packed and shipped with care (some would say too much packaging).

My most recent order was for a melodeon and the last one of its brand and make, it had a slight printing error (the brand of the melodeon) so they contacted me to check if I still wanted to go ahead with the order instead of cancelling it or shipping it regardless.

I had a slight problem with the bag it came in so I contacted them and a replacement bag arrived 2 days later.

I would always recommend hobgoblin.

Delivery was good but the item, a Viking gig bag for a baritone ukulele, was an extremely tight fit. It was like squeezing into a pair of jeans which really don’t fit. Disappointing.

As per Hobgoblin's response , I have contacted them and they are now refunding the item, as apparently they now realise that the factory have made a batch of baritone gig bags which are too small. Excellent follow up service. Thank you.

Ordered some baritone UKE strings that are not available elsewhere They arrived quickly and well packaged Would use Hobgoblin again

Ordered twice in a row bc I ordered the wrong thing, both times the item arrived the next day (despite delivery estimating up to 7 days), and my return was processed within 2 working days

There was a fault with the product, (not hobgoblins fault) but the customer service was out standing and it all got sorted.
