Easy to order online, I already knew the Bondi trainer suits my feet and I still ordered the half size up and they are perfect. Bought for road running and again they are nice to run in. Pretty quick delivery.

I was blessed with a $150 gift card for my birthday.
I purchased a pair with my gift card but I wasn't fond of the low heel so I did an exchange. I received an email stating they received my return but then nothing. So I chatted with customer service and they said give it 15 days for an update on my exchange. I live chatted with a rep a week later to be told my credit was back on my gift card and they appologize they don't know why they didn't exchange it for the shoes I selected.
Okay, that was frustrating as it's now weeks later and I still don't have my shoes and no communication about the exchange. But I want to use my gift card so I go online to repurchase. The checkout is giving me a hard time using my debit card( I have a $10 remaining balance after using gift card) so I switch the card I'm using. I even take screen shots during this process as I'm getting irked the card is unable to process. My order confirmation email is sent to me and I've been charged $151 on my debit card. The gift card was not applied. I can't call customer service because it is a Sunday. I click cancel my order as soon as I see the confirmation- 1 min or less later. It says unable to cancel
I chat with customer service the next day to be told the shoes just shipped they can't change the payment after the order and they will give me 10% off my next order. I'm extremely upset as$ 151 is a large amount to be debited without my consent. I send the screen shots clearly showing I was applying $141 and some change from my gift card. Their system messed up. She just agreed it is not ideal, thank you for understanding. She states I can easily return the shoes when I receive them and get my money back. EASILY she says, wait what another week or weeks for money I needed in my account right now.
So now, I've paid shipping twice and if I still want the shoes will pay shipping for a 3rd time and $10 more again since my gift card has$ 141 remaining- it started at $150 but shipping cost from first order.
Customer service does not care about the customer or their system errors. I even had the proof in several screen shots with the time clearly visible. $150 debited may not be a big deal to Hoka but for this single mother, it is.

I purchased the HOKA Bondi SR after seeing consistently strong reviews and using the Shoe Finder tool, which recommended it as the best option for my needs as a nurse working long shifts. I was expecting a soft, cushioned, “cloud-like” feel, but unfortunately my experience has been the opposite. The shoe feels quite hard and stiff underfoot, and with every step there is noticeable discomfort in my arch, almost like something is digging or poking into it. Even when worn indoors for a short period, the pressure in the arch becomes painful, to the point where it is difficult to keep them on. After taking the shoes off, the area of my arch where the pressure was concentrated remains sore and tender, and this was after only about one hour of indoor wear to see if they would loosen up. I tried the Clifton 10 in-store at JD to check my size, and they felt significantly softer and more comfortable, which is what I expected from the Bondi. However, this model did not match that expectation and has been one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have tried.
I already sent them back .

We tried to save money and help them out, by ordering both shoes at once. BIG MISTAKE!. They only know the package by weight, and their minimum wage 3rd party workers in the factory only recorded one pair being returned. Never do business with these people again! I got taken for almost 120+ dollars. Forget Hoka forever! Conmen.

This company always can tell you the exact day of delivery and the goods are of good quality. My fitting size works all the time. They have a good policy for returning if you find you cannot wear.l

Terrible customer service. I am a repeat hoka customer and bought 2 pairs of Mach 6 while in Florida. I have had increasing pain in my left foot, particularly 3rd and 4th toes. I reached out to discuss and find an option and was basically told "too bad" because this is right over the 60 day return policy. HOKA, do better for customers - your shoes are too expensive for this!
