This is an appalling and rude company to deal with. Returned a pair of trainers and I provided them with the tracking number and they can’t seem to trace the turn and are refusing to give me a contact for their head office. Have reported them to trading standards

I purchased a pair of HOKA shoes directly from their website in December, expecting durability consistent with the price point. Within about four months of normal use (primarily walking and standing), the shoes developed tearing along the upper seam.
I submitted a warranty claim, which was denied because I had customized the shoes with a marker. However, the damage is clearly structural and unrelated to the cosmetic customization.
I understand companies have policies, but it’s disappointing that a legitimate early failure wasn’t evaluated on its own merits. At this price point, I expected better product durability and more reasonable customer support. I worked a lot of overtime to afford these shoes and my experience has been an absolute let down

Arrived super quick. They're actually bigger than my last pair, even tho I ordered the same size but a thick pair of socks sorts that out. Love them❤️

Ordered a pair of Clifton 10s size 14. Received an incorrect size 11 which hoka acknowledged. Returned shoes over a month ago and have still not been refunded. Disgraceful customer service do not buy from here !

I bought 2 pairs of Hoka’s and one only lasted a few months and I tried to get replaced and it’s be almost a year and no satisfaction. The shoes are nice but customer service Sucks.

The search and ordering process was easy, the "delivery date" experience, not so much. The new shoes are sitting at home waiting for me to return from the trip that was the reason for the purchase. They were delivered two days after the expected delivery date, they arrived in my city, and sawith nothing happening, for three days before being sent out for delivery, by a different carrier.

Ordering and was very easy, I was kept informed of the process by email and message. The expected delivery date and time slot came through very quickly with the trainers being delivered as advised.
I was also impressed that the delivery package is designed to be reused if you need to return the items.

I have used and loved Hokas for years that is before Deckers took over. They jave cheapened the brand they have ruined the comfort and the footbed shape is terrible, it slopes down like standing on a permanent hill. What were Deckers thinking, why take over and trash a perfectly good brand who cared about peoples foot comfort to produce shoes that torture. I bought a pair of Kaha 2 and they have lasted 8 months of very light wear. I was a proud owner of Anacapa and kaha for 3 years and were like slippers. Dont think that you will be buying Hokas because this company has erased all that was good about Hoka one one. Leave them in their warehouse.

Amazing delivery by DPD. Love the HOPARA 2. I have been looking for a shoe for hiking for a long time, and now I have found the one that is fantastic looking on & offers grate support and fits my wide foot like a glove.

It is very upsetting to finally go to experience purchasing a Hoka and that this was the experience .. I placed an order last night and IMMEDIATELY without even knowing about the 30 min. window to correct my address and clicked cancel order. It wouldn't allow me to cancel my order., I jumped into trying to get on the chat which was also closed since i ordered it at night.. so I waited until the next day since they open at 10am ... Contacted them letting know I needed to change my address it was getting shipped to or if easier please cancel order so that i could do it again and change the address.. I clicked on Afterpay to purchase the shoes and I didn't realize my old address was still listed... Right away when it said " thank you for your order " is when i noticed the shipping address - after reaching out the next day this is the response from Nicole:
" I'm so sorry to have to tell you this-, but due to your order being completely processed and is awaiting shipping, your order can't be cancelled. Also, no changes or modifications can be made to any orders once placed. To have this corrected, you'll have to wait until you receive your shipping confirmation email that has the name of the carrier and the tracking number. At that time you would have to track the order on the carrier's direct website and request to either change the shipping address or manage the delivery. Again I'm so sorry for having to provide you with this information, and no longer being able to cancel your order. "

Now she is just doing her job but i'm upset the HOKA can't accommodate under 24 hour seems silly...
I informed Nicole that there was a PFA and criminal charges pending again my ex and how I couldn't get the shoes if they get delivered to his house. SO; Long story short i'm very upset with HOKA and how there is nothing they can do nor does it feel like they care... I didn't like the "HOKA one Family " comment .. you say that yet no service that reflects that in my experience. And especially this being my first experience with Hoka which I always wanted to be a part " of the hoka family " but this is not what I expected. very upsetting
