I am extremely disappointed right now. I bought one per of trainers, one of the most comfortable in the world. I decided for another one. They worthy of money. Unfortunately, with the second pair I have been struggling with delivery. They were delivered but not under my address.
I contact with the support team but not received even email back that they received my issue, I am disappointing.
I fell that nobody care about my problem now.
I understand that the mistake happened and simple delivery person was wrong but luck of company care makes all sytuation more stressful. Not sure what they resolved. I wish receive a shoes but we will see.
Hope that won't happen again.

Unfortunately my parcel was dumped on the 2nd floor,the driver didn't even bother dropping it to my door.Thanksfully a neighbour found it!!

Tremendous service from HOKA. Shoes ordered yesterday and arrived today. A recommendation from my podiatrist took me to their website in the first place so I was prepared for them to be very good shoes, be aware he also mentioned they were small made and he was right. I normally am a 6-6.5 so bought the 7 and they fit perfectly. I was sceptical because of the price, however feet comfort and health are important so decided to invest. As soon as I put the shoes on I knew I’d made the right decision.

Hoka’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. My order was accidentally shipped to an old address, and despite repeatedly contacting both Hoka and UPS, I have received no meaningful assistance from either. I placed this order on March 26, and as of April 27, it remains unresolved.
Hoka has refused to reship the shoes, issue a refund, or offer any reasonable alternative—even though I paid nearly $200 for the order. I would have expected at least a basic level of customer support or a goodwill gesture, such as a discount on a replacement pair. Unfortunately, none was offered.
This experience has been frustrating and has significantly lowered my confidence in the company.

The parcel was NOT delivered to my house, but to a community larder in the car park of the church hall, approximately 100 metres round the corner from my house.
When I eventually discovered where my parcel was the contents had been taken and the empty bag left for me.
Totally unacceptable.

I love my Hokas! I’m on my feet all day and they are the only shoe I found that keep my feet from hurting. Well I just bought my 5th pair of the Bondi and they have gone and changed the size of the toe box. What a dumb move. Don’t you know that’s one of the main reasons people buy them. I’ve already researched it and it can be bought in a wide or extra wide but most people still aren’t satisfied. Of course this is from what I have read. I will go ahead and keep them but it will definitely be my last pair. Thanks a lot! Very disappointed customer ☹️

Had a bit of an issue with the shoes I wanted being shown as available but then showing as OOS once the order was placed.
All sorted when I cancelled the order with no hassle and tried again the next day.
Took advantage of the mid-season sale offer so got a good price with peace of mind of buying direct.
Shoes arrived the following day, happy with the service and looking forward to using them on my next run.

Their customer service is appalling. I have emailed multiple times and not had a reply in 5 days.
I can't pick up my parcel from the locker and DPD say its the senders issue. There was an error on Hokas end. Ive been left in the lurch by Hoka. No parcel, no information, no refund. AVOID.

I’m honestly beyond frustrated with HOKA right now. I placed an order on April 4, 2026, and still haven’t received anything. No shoes, no real updates nothing.
I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, and every single time it feels like I’m just getting the runaround. They keep telling me they’ll send email confirmations or follow ups, but those emails never actually come. It’s like I’m being told what I want to hear just to get me off the line.
What’s even more annoying is that right after I speak with someone, I do get an email asking me to review the customer service rep but not the actual information or confirmation I requested. That just makes the whole experience feel even more frustrating and disorganized.
At this point, I’ve asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten a clear answer or resolution. This has easily been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected a lot better.

The cushioning and the grip are fantastic, it's a pity because I won't buy Hoka anymore, too scared to ruin my toes.
I bought a pair of shoes on their website, model Speedgoat 6 GORE-TEX not more available now, on September 2025; at first I thought my feet should have get used to the fit, but then, after two three-days leisure travels, walking many kilometers around city centers with the Hoka shoes, I got two new calluses! The feet do not breathe at all creating discomfort.
