Poor quality, worse customer support
My experience with Hoka was totally dreadful and really made me feel completely unheard or cared for. Bought a pair of Bondi shoes, and within a few weeks they were fraying, by the end of the second month the heels were completely worn out and stabbed the back of my foot when I wanted to wear them with the sharp exposed plastic. I got them since I took an in person office job that had me on my feet like an hour a day and didn't have anything fitting footwear otherwise.
Reached out to Hoka within the 90 day period and was told they couldn't do anything for me since it wasn't a 'warranty' applicable issue.
I kept on them and EVENTUALLY, after enough grieving and wailing they offered me 20$ credit for new shoes! I then got in touch with a customer care manager and they upped the offer to 40$!
Hoka doesn't have actual customer support or care for those who use their products. I've never felt less considered and heard then during this ordeal, never will buy Hoka again since my only assumption is that the shoes will completely fall apart after several weeks of light wear.

Hoka does not stand behind its shoes
Hoka does not stand behind its shoes. I bought a Bondi 9 Hoka and after less than 50,000 steps the right side of the right shoe collapsed. I so advised Hoka and sent in photos. Their response was ordinary wear and tear caused the shoe to collapse after less than 50,000 steps. Their conduct was extremely disappointing and I urge you not to buy Hoka shoes because they do not stand behind their shoes.

Please look into them before buying
My partner got these for running the design is thick/wide and comfortable good for shock absorbing she was so happy with the purchase initially. Fast forward to her out for a run she fallen and chipped her tooth hurt herself badly . She been a runner for years never fallen . Going online i can see a few people not happy with the trip hazard because of the design due to the wide lip being easy to catch. Please be careful choose the shoe model wisely please look into these shoes before picking make sure they are right for you. Wish we had checked into them more.

I really like the shoes, width was good, ordered ‘wide’ however limited colours in ‘wide’ and 1 thing was the most annoying, the back here was sticking out so everytime I had to correct the hem of my pants

Package thrown at front door …
Delivered on time but thrown at front door opening package. If someone not in this could have resulted in package being left open on my doorstep on busy street ?? If this could have been stolen and at price paying for product you would think as a company you would choose a delivery service that ensures product is delivered to an actual person and not thrown at a persons property

I bought my Hoka oneone M Challanger…
I bought my Hoka oneone M Challanger ATR 7 few months ago costing me £140 in UK, and guess what, I have only been using they for casual wear to my office and they are already falling apart from the the top slipon section. I am really disappointed with the products , rest of the shoe is intact however the section mentioned has worned out quite quickly to my surprise. I wish I had bought some other company shoes and could have bought 2 pairs instead of one for the amount of money that I spent, I have pictures of it as well to prove. I strongly ask people to refrain from buying particular model.
