I bought shoes online and kept them in a box until this week because I bought them for a specific vacation. The shoes are not a size 9 like label says, my toe is touching the end. I know its not sized correctly because I have the EXACT same pair I bought last year. I contacted customer support & because I am out of the 60 day window (thought I just started wearing them) and it doesn't "show:" a defect, which how can they is a freaken SIZE issue, they wont help me. Shame on them! Their Customer Support is a joke & they just lost a loyal customer!

I bought the Hoka Bondi 9. I did not wear them frequently, maybe five times, over the course of a year. After only wearing them five times, I noticed that the sole is separating from the bottom. Virtually no wear and tear, they should be like new, but they're already coming apart. They otherwise look brand new. Hoka customer service will not replace them because it's been a year and I no longer have the receipt.
EDIT: The customer service rep who contacted me responsive to this review is from Europe. They cannot help me. Needs to be U.S. customer service, and that's who already said they were unwilling to help me. I wish I could attach photos to show sneakers that look brand new but have the soles completely separating from the show. The Hoka sneakers look good and are comfortable, but they fall apart and Hoka does not replace.

What a fantastic experience. I bought a pair of Bondi 9 trainers, size 3. I’m a small 3, sometimes a 2.5, but they arrived and were a smidge tight. I sent them back to exchange for a 3.5 and within 4 days I have my new trainers and they’re perfect.
No quibble exchange with updated comms along the way. I couldn’t be happier. The trainers are to help cushion my knees now I’m getting back to walking after serious femur & knee injuries. I think they’ll do the job!

Made my first order for Bondi SR trainers and am really impressed with the service. I had seen some research online that these are excellent well made and have a very stiff sole which will help my hallux rigidus . I did have to return the first pair as too small and I did use their measuring tool online however I done have much faith in that but I can't complain about the speedy delivery, great product and great service

Have bought 4 pairs of Hokas this year. 1 pair had the bottom of the shoe fall off- there was 2 inches hanging loose. As a result, I fell on the treadmill at Barrys and cut my leg pretty bad. No problem, I submitted my warranty claim for a new shoe replacement, but they're claiming the bottom falling off is typical wear and tear for less than 1 year of use.
If you consider that typical wear and tear then why would I invest in any more hoka purchases?

I absolutely adore my new Gaviota 6 running shoes!
I have recently had foot surgery, and needed 4EE width, with “rocker” soles, due to have toe joints fused.
I bought Bondi 9 in 4EE width, a week ago, which I’m using as “outdoor” shoes. But I wish I had bought two pairs of these, they have more give in the uppers, and seem even lighter in weight.
I absolutely highly recommend these, they are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned.
I wish that the 4EE width was available in more colour options.

I really wanted to love the Mafate Hiking boots. Was going to try them out on a little walk . I put them on first to try around the house.
Unfortunately both my little toes were very red and sore even after walking around the house for 20 minutes
I’m getting quite despondent about trying to find a hiking boot that does not hurt
The sad thing was that the ankle seemed comfortable and the inside felt nicely cushioned but my toes are not happy 🥲

I am delighted with my Hoka shoes. I have bought this brand before and they are the best trainers I’ve ever had so now that I have worn those ones out I wanted to get another pair. These are great to wear and I love the design. There was a problem with delivery, but customer service were very prompt in solving the issue for which I’m grateful.

Ordered my shoes through the website and talked to a nice person that gave me the 2 day expedited delivery because I was leaving on a trip. Well that didn’t happen. Received the message a label was created and that they were going to be there in two days. Checked the FedEx site on the day of delivery and they were still not picked up from the warehouse. Gave customer service a call and ask why my shoe were still sitting at the warehouse. I was told she didn’t know what was going on. She researched and could not tell me why they had not been shipped yet. This went on for over a hour and she said I needed to call FedEx and find out why they aren’t picking up the order. That made me laugh! Why did I nenes to call them! Sorry now I started getting a little pissed, but still respectful she talked to her supervisor and was told the only thing that could be done is to wait 10 days to see if they would show up if not then they could get me a refund or purchase another pair and hope they would get to me by the time of my trip- then wait the 10 days and return or wait for the refund. Remember they are sitting in the warehouse still. Ok I’m not stupid I decline to buy another pair and ask to be escalated to a supervisor. They would call me the next day. In the meantime I call fedex! I was told by fedex the order has not been picked because they have not scheduled a pick or drop off! Getting really pissed now. I get a call from the supervisor and again she states all we can do is wait 10 days to fill for a refund while the shoe are still sitting in the warehouse. So they suck! Still haven’t my got my shoes and won’t ever deal with this company again!
