I am very disappointed by the service from this company and would not recommend. They messed me around over all the arrangements made with them wasting my time trying to organise repairs from a distance for an elderly relative in a care home.

Promt, thorough and pleasant. Very reasonably priced.

I hjave used this company for 8 or 9 years now. in that time i have had a first c;ass service. Always ready to carry out the work, alsways fair on prices. I know when i want something done all i have to do is give them a call. They give me peace of mind as i know once i have spoken to them the job is as goods as done. If there is anything that they discover they will speak with me and we discuss it. They even make paying them a nice experience!

As always, excellent service from everyone at Holdcroft's. Every member of staff is polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I can think of several other companies I deal with who could learn a lot from Holdcroft's. Well done all of you, your services are very much appreciated.

Decided to choose Holdcrofts having seen my cousins boiler they had installed. John came out to explain which boiler would be suitable and gave me a quote. Very knowledgeable.A couple of weeks later Leigh and Dan did a superb job never stopped working. Also solved a problem with my bath.Would recommend Holdcrofts.

Great service from start to finish with Martin the boiler technician to the ladies in the office. Diagnostic to completion of the job only took a few days, Martin was smart and professional.

Chosen after recommendation. Prompt survey by John and given an acceptable quote later the same day. Work started 10 days later and was completed within 2 days most satisfactory. Leigh and Dan were most professional and a credit to the company. Followed on by Dave the Electrician who completed the work to a very high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and Holdcrofts.

The Engineer (Martin Wright) was a really nice guy, knew his stuff, clean and tidy, polite and friendly and explained what he had done and why. Excellent work!
