Given two dates to chose from and I picked one, I gave my address and phone number. The date comes and goes, no one showed up, no one called, no one responded to my email when I asked what happened. Very unprofessional.

Great service. Boiler condemned on the Friday, out for a quote on Friday and a new one installed on the following Wednesday as promised. All done very professionally and fully tested. Better than the original installation. All tidied up and cleaned up. Thank you Ashley and Lewis.

Fantastic service, can't recommend these 2 guys enough, Ashley and lewis, spent 2 days, at my property, doing a full heating renewal, they were both very, professional, extremly respectful of my property, communicated with me throughout, job completed, and everything in my house is back to how it was prior, they left the place as they found it, completly cleaned and tidied after themselves. Great job.

Our boiler packed in on the 15th of December and after it couldn’t be repaired I rang Holdcroft heating and explained the situation, and John kindly came out to have a look at the problem. It wasn’t a straight swap and included the boiler being repositioned from the garage up to the first floor, new pipe work and flue. Ashley and Lewis came out to do the job and were hard working, professional, polite and courteous from the outset. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very respectful of our property. 
By lunchtime on Christmas Eve we had a warm house and hot water. I cannot recommend Holdcroft enough

We needed to replace our oil fired boiler urgently. Byrom inspected the job immediately and Lewis and his assistant came the following two days to install our new boiler. Having central heating problems they sent somebody out the next day. Needed a new boiler and they were helpful in to which one to have. They got someone out to me in a few days and was really pleased with how they covered my floor and were professional. Thank you to Caiden, Alfie and Ashley. Also the video of how to use the boiler and thermostat was great. Used this company before and will do in the future.

They helped me out first time with a gas leak, amazing then so decided to have them again to reinstate and service gas fire. Again excellent service, price alot cheaper than most. Engineer took great care when doing so as not to get the lounge dirty. Cleaned everything on leaving i will certainly use in future without a doubt.

I can't recommend Holdcroft enough, they came to repair a small leak on our boiler but it turned out to be much worse. As our boiler was no longer usable, we booked them in to replace it, they came 2 days later and carried out the work in a tidy manor and had the job complete that day. The workmanship is first class and the lads were polite and kept us upto date with how things were progressing. The price was competitive to. We've booked them in again in a weeks time to upgrade our radiators. 1st class experience, thanks John and the team.

We had our system boiler replaced by Lee and Alfie. Although, they encountered unpredictable issues, they managed to stick to the deadline they set initially at no extra cost. They kept us updated and explained all the steps, which was really appreciated. Thank you!

My late husband Sean and I had our 2 boilers put in 18 years ago by Holdcroft Heating and they worked well
I now wanted just one boiler for the whole house John the supervisor was great and the two nice installer lads were brilliant
No mess and all installed within 3 days and just in time before the cold weather we are having at the moment

Great experience with Holdcrofts for a boiler replacement. Appointment to give me a quote was within a few days - with no pressure to buy. Once I made my decision it was installed within a week (old boiler was still working - just).
Lee and Alfie turned up on time and fitted the boiler (and replaced a temperamental stop tap) by early afternoon. They were friendly, polite and professional; made very little mess and cleaned up well when they left. Lees work is amazing to watch - he makes sure everything is straight, neat and level - even the clips that hold the pipes are lined up! Its great to see someone that takes such pride in their work. And Alfie even made me a cracking cup of tea!! Everything was fully tested and explained to me before they left. Really impressed with the work. Thank you Lee and Alfie! Would highly recommend.

Found this company very professional kept me in touch with time engineer would be with use, informed me there would be a delay so I wasn't waiting around.
