We had a new boiler fitted by holdcroft heating two year ago and we have just had our second service. The service we have received was first class
Excellent service
Absolutely great experience right from the start. Leigh and Lewis were brilliant , clean tidy workmen , answered all questions and did a really great job on our installation. Any problems were overcome with ease. A breath of fresh air.
Brent also deserves credit on the electrical install and being able to explain everything to two clueless customers. Great job all round , we would highly recommend.

Superb from start to finish. Punctual, polite, tidy. No fuss, no hassle. Can’t recommend highly enough. Big thanks to Ashley and Liam who were absolutely fantastic and even helped my mum carry her bags into the house when she arrived! What a breath of fresh air!
Excellent service
Leigh and Lewis turned up on time, put down dust sheets, explained and showed what was wrong with boiler .removed old equipment and fitted new boiler with minimum fuss. Tided up after and explained operation of new controls.

1st Class Service
Very efficient service. The engineers arrived on time (Liam and Steve). They completed the repair in a very professional manner. Area was prepared to a satisfactory standard and when work completed was put back as found. Altogether a very quick job.

Fantastic company. Top class service. Martin was extremely helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything to me , arrived on time and did his utmost to sort out the problem with my boiler. He delivered on everything he promised making sure that my boiler was up and running in no time. The office staff were just as efficient. They called me to update on progress , scheduled the engineer visit and were generally really really helpful. What a slick operation. Well done Holdcrofts, you certainly exceeded all expectations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone

On this annual service of my boiler
On this annual service of my boiler, Martin was the engineer. I had a text msg notifying me that he was on his way which was most useful. He introduced himself and showed me his pass at the door. The gas meter was checked, the filter cleaned and the boiler serviced and a small repair was carried out. I feel total confidence that my boiler has been thoroughly serviced. I have used the services of Holdcroft Heating in my last 2 properties for installation of gas central heating systems and servicing etc since 2014. I will continue to do so based on the professionalism of this last service.

Require a New Boiler - 5 Star service at Holdcroft Heating
I have had a new Worcester/Bosch Greenstar Boiler fitted by Heating Engineers Leigh, Lewis and the Team from Holdcroft Heating.
It is not often I feel compelled to write a review but on this occasion I would like to share my experience of this major work. I hope this helps someone looking for a new boiler.
I can honestly say that every person I have spoken to at Holdcroft Heating has been very helpful, polite and professional. All the Staff have gone the extra mile to make the process as easy as possible. I would summarise this whole service as 5 star throughout.
Every time the Engineers came into the house they put on shoe covers. No dirty footmarks on my floor or carpet. After completing the work everywhere was left clean and tidy.
The work was completed in under 5 hours. The boiler controls were thoroughly explained after the installation along with the associated paperwork.
I paid for everything in full by a simple phone call. Another great experience.
The boiler servicing and aftercare was explained. A home visit for a Quality Check was booked.
If you are looking for a Company to supply and fit a new boiler then I would definitely recommend Holdcroft Heating. A platinum 5 star service.

They were incredible
They were incredible, above and beyond I can not put in words how fantastic Ashley and his team were. Everything they did and were doing was done to the highest professional standard, they explained everything to me and I knew I was in safe hands. The boiler, the radiator and inspection flue that has been installed in my house was just fantastic, I can't recommend Holdcroft gas and heating enough. Highly Recommended-exactly what it says on the tin !!
Top guys to deal with from the survey to the signed off system. Turned up when they said they would. Delivered on time and on budget even though fitting the new pipework proved very difficult into our 70s house. We now have a Bosch Worcester boiler on a brand new 13 radiator system with 100% fresh pipe work- no corners cut no stone unturned. It should walk the 10 year warranty and beyond.
