Diabolical customer service despite being a good company with excellent products
*Note as per their response. The emails they sent did not address the issues even remotely or I would not have written such a review. Furthermore they did not contact me to sort it out.
I opened a Health Club account, but it seemed not to exist once complete. So I thought something had gone wrong, and despite having submitted my bank details, I did it again. This time it seemed functional and I did the health check questionnaire. After this though, the account stopped existing again, and frustratingly went round in circles. I could login it seemed but when I clicked the link for the health club, it wanted me to login again. I contacted customer service, mentioning I had accidentally got two accounts, and they deleted one of them and said it would be fine now.
It was not, but no amount of pleading and begging could get another response from them. Bearing in mind I had signed up to a paid service - albeit not charged yet- and was anticipating buying a lot of product, they simply did not acknowledge emails or phone calls at all.
Eventually I logged in on an old laptop, which was successful, and I surmised it must have been a very vexing cookies issue (which I never had with that newer laptop before). I wrote to them telling them I was very unhappy with their lack of response and was considering cancelling my trial subscription. They wrote back claiming that they had written on 3rd June. They said it must be in my spam. It is not. In either email address.
The email was so basic, they literally never read anything I said. They informed me as though I did not know, that the extra account had been removed and my account ought to be working now. I had written to them to tell them I had managed to get into it myself- after they ignored multiple requests for help over the course of over a week.
I love Patrick Holford's work. I have bought at least 6 of his books over the years, and was looking forward to managing some of my health issues with his approach. Now I am very uncomfortable with putting myself in a position where I have to have any dealings with his support team, who basically do not do support. I am considering whether or not it is going to be worth it.
In response to their response- I mention those emails sent to me, explaining that they were unhelpful as they did not address my concern, and nobody ever responded to my many attempts to call. The email responses were rare and inadequate, ignoring what I was saying. The fact that its an unusual situation does not mean you should pretend it isn't happening or that I dod not need a response. Today I logged in again, only to find the exact same problem, despite having deleted all my cookies. Its logged in but not logged in. So you can't log in or out. It's just hanging. Luckily I found I had a window open from previously that was working. I already bought my £150 worth of goods, which I am extremely happy with, having used the membership discount. It would have been over £200. But I am genuinely concerned about issues with the website/support going forward.

Excellent service, well packaged products and after use everything can be recycled. The supplements are easy to swollow with a glass of water after a meal. Quality products formulated by Patrick Holford who has the knowledge and ability to care for our well being. I so enjoy reading Patrick Holford books on a multitude of topics so informative and hard to put the book down. Books you can keep and refer back too.

We have investigated and see your order was placed on a Saturday. It was then dispatched Monday (the next working day) and is showing as received Wednesday via Royal Mail tracked. This is as per the delivery timeframe indicated on the website.
We do send out tracking emails and links and it is possible yours went into Junk.
