A very good product
A very good product, and helpful staff. My only gripe, whilst acknowledging that the team is small and work part time, is the sometimes difficulty in communicating. There’s often a long delay in replying, and one of my questions was never answered (Food for the Brain). Having said that, it’s a great charity, and should be thoroughly supported and praised.

Brilliant. Everything I asked for in stock. Desiatched the same day. Delivered the next day! So could ask for more? The only issue I did have was having to reset my password!! No idea why but I’m not brilliant with technology and could really have done without the stress of that!

I absolutely love these products but…
I absolutely love these products but their customer service has let them done in a big way lately. I am paying a monthly subscription of £7.99 but the subscription has come off of my account for some reason even though they are still charging me £7.99 a month. I have tried calling and emailing for over a week and nobody ever answers. I was in desperate need to reorder but was loathed to pay full price when I have been paying my subscription so unfortunately have gone somewhere else. Now I just need to get someone to cancel my subscription and refund me for the last month they have taken but I have not been able to use!! Sad and disappointed!
