We had a great experience with holiday factory on our trip to Georgia. The entire trip was well organised and specially our tour guide Meri is extremely cheerful, helpful and quite knowledgeable.
Overall it was memorable and I highly recommend holiday factory.

Anano with Holiday factory was perfect getaway from Dubai for a short vacation. Visited most amazing places and she has managed the group amazingly, so we could see all the locations and we definitely will return. Anano is a great guide and definitely recommend her.

Worst Travel Agency ever. I haven’t get my refund until now . They only want money first before informing us about the details. Scammers

The Armenia tour was well organized and both the tour guides were having good knowledge.

From start to finish, this trip was magical. My first 3-day adventure we started in Gudauri and headed to Kazbegi before we went to the zipline and the friendship monument with the lovely Anano was the best decision I could have made she was absolutely incredible! Her warmth, mixed with a strong capability to manage the +40 travelers and cover all activities smoothly and attention to detail turned every moment into something truly special.

On day two, we had the pleasure of exploring with Marika and Federiko. They were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable as they guided us through Ananuri, the historic streets of Mtskheta, and a wonderful Tbilisi city tour that ended with a delicious dinner.

The grand finale was with Meri, and wow what a day! We started in Kakheti, learned the bread baking in a fun master class (my bread shape was shameful though), enjoyed a traditional lunch, and wrapped it all up in the romantic “city of love.” with the story of a thousand roses

Beautiful places, amazing people, and a country that completely stole my heart. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

Please improve everything.
Once a customer will book with you , you should inform them every single documents they need. No need for them to ask you before telling them what they should prepare.

I booked for armenia and georgia but unfortunately i was not able to fly going to armemia because of the visa. And trying to call them 30times and no one is answering. So it's just a waste of money booking with you.
And i met few people having the same issues .

Anano was great and she made the experience amazing. The tour was good but the flight tickets were not communicated Abt properly. Other than that it was amazing .

We did the Kazbegi Impressive Tour (9 AM to 9 PM) with my wife and our baby, and we were incredibly lucky to have Meri as our guide. The trip is long, with many stops like Jinvali Dam, Ananuri Fortress, Gudauri, the Friendship Wall, and Gergeti Trinity Church, but Meri made every minute feel easy and enjoyable. She was organized, clear in her explanations, and shared so much interesting information about Georgia, its history, and the places we visited. She also knew the best spots for photos and views, and always made sure the whole group was comfortable.

What really stood out is how she treated our baby. From the first moment, she was attentive and understanding, always checking if we needed anything. She adjusted the pace for us when possible, helped us with the stroller, and even carried the baby to give my wife a break. She anticipated our needs before we even asked, stayed kind and patient until the very last minute of the tour, and made sure our little one was happy and safe throughout the day. Because of Meri, a very long mountain trip with a baby turned into a beautiful family memory. If you are traveling with children or just want a guide who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Meri enough.
