Grecotel Luxme White Palace Crete- our recent stay here was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were very helpful and attentive, could not do enough for you. The hotel was wall to wall beautiful white, great architecture and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The variety of restaurants was great and food quality was high standards. The pools were lovely and clean and the long private beach was perfect. The accommodation was spotless and well designed for our needs. Overall, a fabulous stay and highly recommend for couples, families, groups and solo travellers.

The Cornelia deluxe hotel in Belek is amazing my friend and I have been there 15 times and we think it is the best in turkey.The staff peril and Alana were both amazing. The bell boys were so helpful. The food was very varied and tasty. The alacartes are special with a charge of €15 p.p.well worth the cost. The spa was lovely and relaxing.The swim up rooms are 5/5.special .

Monica Beach Hotel in Costa Calma is a good hotel. Always good services for all things. Was there for the 4th time. Wil go back next year,happy to go again 2025.

The hotel is really one of the best hotels on the island of dreams, Djerba. Everything is at a very good level. All the workers are kind and make you laugh. The animation is very nice and you find nice talk with them, but unfortunately there are two girls from the tourism animation who speak to us in English because they are from Czech and Poland and they want us to talk badly about the hotel and they told us that we should advise our friends not to come to this hotel.

What a wonderful place this is! The location is superb! Close to the main beach with a private entrance gateway. The food is also great and probably the best breakfast I have had. The rooms are really nice and clean. But overall the staff is 7stars helpfull. In the restaurants, the lobby, the cleaners all of them but in our case a special thanks to Mr. Moubarak, Duty Manager on our arrival. From the very first moment hé and his team did a fantastic job to make us feel at home. Really impressive the personal touch they gave our visit, especially for such a big hotel. Great to see this level of hospitality these days. We will come back!

The booking was ok, easy. The hotel descriptions on the website are entirely not correct. So like in our case on holiday check it was and still written the hotel has a tennis court, but that's is not true, a gym, only the weights could be used, one treadmill but was out of service, no indoor children's playing ground, what was there was a small place at an extra charge of 5 euros for 20mins, total rip off. They need to try and get the updated hotel descriptions to help customers make more informed decisions.

Restaurant Filini’s in Radisson hotel Port Ghalib is super! Echt perfect eten met super lief personeel. Echt een must om heen te gaan 🥰

No english speaking customer service, no service and when I tried to speak german she hanged up. Terrible, could not do any worse.

Online, it seems like my booking is cancelled. After what i could understand, she says everything is fine, but I had to wait for confirmation. When I asked if I could just cancel it, because it seemed like some scam. But she denied me to do so.

Very good site to get great prices for stays. I often find lowest prices for beach stays in luxurious hotels.
Cancellations are made easy

Worst experience with this company. I made a reservation and after less than 10 minutes I saw that I wrote the last name twice. I wanted to correct it but they sent me an email that it is no longer possible. I canceled and rebooked at the same hotel, same date and paid. Now I have to pay for the first reservation and I can't talk to them on the phone to clarify. Disappointing!!!

We recently stayed at the Insotel Fenicia Prestige in Ibiza. It was our 5th or 6th stay. Overall we like the hotel and some of the long serving staff. However, here are some negatives…

The spa bath on our terrace needed attention from the maintenance team. This is the third year in a row that we have needed to call maintenance to fix the problem. Does no one check these things periodically? The parasol was broken and would only stay ‘up’ by having to mess around with the chord. My improvisation worked and I couldn’t be bothered to get a replacement. Finally, it seemed like every other day the cleaning staff forget some aspect of their duties. For instance - no towel left for the bidet. No drinking water left in the room. Towel delivery was sporadic. 4 towels done day; two the next. Finally, unlike previous years the outside tables set for dinner were 50 per cent fewer in number. This was very disappointing as many residents who wanted to eat Al fresco were turned away. The dining room is excellent but the light is so bright it kills any positive ambience. The way the ceiling lights are designed this matter could be easily resolved. Finally, I must say that the food provided for breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was very good this year. In the past two years ( albeit following lockdown and the aftermath of the pandemic) the standard had been poor by 5 star standards. I like this hotel and it is not the only Insotel we have stayed at over the years but in my view it does need an internal review of all facets of the customer offering. One final observation. The new Michelin star restaurant is a great addition. However, it looked to me like as though it have taken ‘pre dinner’ drinks business away from the lounge adjacent to the reception and the terrace.

No plastic bottles at the room, but durable hygienic watertaps everywhere
You will get one big towel for the swimming pool and to change you pay 1,50 , also durable
One swimming pool for the kids and behind a part of the hotel one pool for adults
Near to the beach and the boulevard
The rooms are clean and there is a big bathroom with always warm water in the shower
This was the second time in this hotel and we will be back next year :)

We have booked with holidaycheck to go to turkey with fti!. They speak only german. No one Speaks english and they hang up on you! We found a agency who want tot take over our holiday and if holidaycheck can send our holiday confirmation? Bud they dont want to send it! They say we have to wait to see what fti is going to do. We want to know wat to do. Holidaycheck says that they dont want us to contact them about fti. What do we need to do then! Just wait. We want to know if our holiday is going to be cancelled or not!

De people who work there are not nice they hang up just becaus i ask for someone who speaks english!

After reading so negative reviews on Facebook I can ensure you that the hotel is gorgeous! Staff are all so friendly didn't come against any unsatisfactory standards. Yes there are queues at the bar but went down so quickly and can take cold cup of your own they are happy to fill it up for you. Food was decent your average all inclusive. There will still stuff that hadn't fully opened but did not hinder our stay, I will definitely return in the future

WE SPENT A FULL WEEK AT CLOVER MAGIC SEAGATE HOTEL TURKEY ANTALYA BELEK BOGAZKENT.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO TO SPENT A WEEK THERE WITH FRIENDLY STAFF. WE HAD A VERY GOOD TIME AND ENJOYED OUR HOLIDAY. WE GOT THE CHANCE TO MEET THE CHEF(LADY). SHE IS SO COOL, NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
WE MET THE WAITER DILARA, YUSOOF AND THE RECEPTIONIST KAN AND THE MANAGER MÜCEVHER THERE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND GREET YOU WUTH A SMILE.

WE MET THE BARMAN EMRE AT THE BAR. THIS YOUNG GENTLEMAN IS NOT ONLY A BARMAN BUT HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND GIVE US ADVISE HOW, WHEN, WHERE AND WHAT TO DO AND TO VISIT, HE WAS A GUIDE TO US. HE WAS SO NICE TO US AND HE IS FLUENT IN ENGLIDH AND GERMAN TOO. HE ALWAYS GREETS US WITH A SMILE. HE IS SO FRIENDLY, POLITE AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. HE HELPED US OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE OUR STAY AND PLACES TO VISIT MEMORABLE. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO MEET MR EMRE.

OVERALL ALL THE STAFF FROM THE RECEPTION, BAR, WAITET AND THE ROOM SERVICE ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN.

BUT ON THE OTHER HAND WE HAD A PROBLEMIN OUR 1514 IN THE SHOWER. EVERYTIME WHEN WE HAD A SHOWER IN THE SHOWER CUBICLE AND TRAY, ALL THE WATER CAME OUT THROUGH THE GLASS PANEL. IT FLOODED THE THE WHOLE TOILET FLOOR. ALL HAVE TO DO WAS TO APPLY SILICONE IN BETWEEN THE GLASS AND THE SHOWER TRAY. SO I REQUESTED TO THE MANAGER VEYSEL FROM 27TH APRIL TO 4TH MAY TO FIX THAT PROBLEM.
THIS MANAGER VEYSEL FROM MY OPINION HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IMPOLITE AND UNFRIENDLY.
SINCE WE RAISE THAT ISSUE WITH HIM HE IGNORED US AND AVOIDED US. EVEN WE GREETED HIM SO MANY TIMES BUT THERE WERE NO RESPONSE. HE NEVER EVER GIVE US A FEEDBACK ABOUT OUR REQUEST REGARDING THE FLOODED FLOOR.

OVERALL I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A 5 STAR 🌟 THIS HOTEL AND ALL THE STAFF. UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE OF THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF VEYSEL IAM GIVING A 4 STAR 🌟.

BUT I WOULD LOVE TO GO THERE AND TO MEET THE LOVELY BEAUTIFUL STAFF AGAIN.
