Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed booked a holiday on Saturday 15th March 2025 to go away in a couple of weeks to find just a couple of days later the same holiday reduced by over £100 plus Phoned their customer service to express my dismay but told basically tough ! Great service won’t be booking with these again ! Update : more blah blah . Reading your review it was a 1 dDAY LATER the price changed let’s keep it factual ! A lot of companies would give a price comparison . Live and learn .

Absolutely abysmal customer service .We were miss sold a holiday due to them incorrectly describing a hotels facilities.
This was done deliberately to entice you in to book in our opinion.
We have tried reaching out to Holiday Hypermarket for an amicable resolution but there lack of customer service is shocking.
They promise you call backs from managers but no one calls then they send you round and round in circles actually trying to speak to someone.
Please think carefully before booking with them as they don't want to know if an issue arises .
You have all of my details as requested once more .
I notified you of this 3 weeks ago .
Please do the right thing here and help restore my faith in your company.
As you can see from there response below they provide zero customer service .
I have spent literally hrs on the phone to them and been given false promises.
It's your hard earned money here folks , think very carefully before giving these a penny , if you have any issues they don't want to know.
I won't be letting this one lie I can assure you !

UPDATE 25.01.2025 - Good Evening, I have taken a look at your booking and can see that we have spoken to our resort team who advised us that there are no building works within the hotel currently. It is also advised on our website, at the time of booking, that facilities may differ or be unavailable during the winter months. I do apologise, however, to make any changes to this booking it would be as per our standard terms and conditions. We do hope you go on to have a lovely holiday with us despite any inconvenience caused. Have a lovely evening!
