Nice and easy, just the way I like it.

Contacted Holiday Hypermarket on a Friday to add an extra person to our booking was initially told this was not possible on this holiday by a lady on customer service, I called back a short while after to see what our options were and spoke to Mike who went above and beyond to help, he could not have been more helpful and emailed the hotel direct and told me someone would contact me by Monday, on the Monday I had a phone call from another gentleman who again was really helpful and amended the booking, superb customer service.

All good, mostly. Easy tol follow the booking process. Step by step. And they let me know when it was all on the computer so I could gonin and choose the seats I wanted.

Easy and straight forward booking

Never booked with Holiday Hypermarket before and was a little apprehensive, but the whole process was easy and flawless, and there price beat all the competition will certainly use again.

I have edited my review after agreeing a fair outcome to my concern. I had initially booked a package holiday and selected the wrong hotel. I realised this a few hours later as I was in work. I phoned later in the day to change to the correct hotel and was told because my holiday was within fourteen days this was not possible. I explained the situation but the lady on the phone, she was very dismissive and unhelpful. I then proceeded to leave a one star review. Upon reflection the next morning (today 07/03/25) I decided to call again to try and resolve. After a couple of calls I spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady called Jamie I explained the reason for booking the wrong hotel and informed her I only wanted to change the hotel, not dates or flights. Jamie was fantastic she informed me she would escalate it and agreed that my partner could speak on my behalf for follow up calls as I was in work. My partner then spoke to another very helpful lady called Caitlin who knew about the situation and informed that we could change the hotel. As a long term holiday hypermarket and TUI customer I am delighted to see that my huge concern was able to resolved amicably. I hope that Jamie and Caitlin will be recognised for their assistance in resolving this matter, as a long term customer I am now very happy to continue using your services. Thank you very much holiday hypermarket, I have now amended my rating from 1 to 5.
