Cheapest on the internet
Checked several sites online and Holiday Hypermarket was the cheapest by over 200 pounds. Try code BLUE30 as it got me 30 pounds off. Also 20kg luggage and transfers to and from resort was included in teh price

Booked a holiday for two costing 1600
The next day apparently the room was overbooked and they wanted another 260 the day after to change the room to one that is available.
My booking was done before my family members who had booked the same rooms, so why have I got to pay more?
Customer service tried to tell me that because the holiday bookings costs are live somehow the room wasn't available and that
I should of cleared my cache before booking my other family members.
The thing is they booked on their own phones separately.
So I was being gaslighted aswell.
Absolute shocking and fraudulent company.
Had to cancel and ill never use again.
My family members cancelled too.
Another thing is I was told my money hadn't even been paid yet I had confirmation and 100% the money has gone out the bank.
How frustrating.
Now I'm trying to get my money back.

Thank you for providing further details for us. I have taken the time to look into this for you, and and I would like to start by apologising for any disappointment caused when trying to book your holiday with us.
As with most holiday companies, we work from a live pricing and availability booking system, and although we display all of our holidays in good faith, occasionally there may be a change in price or availability when you click to confirm the holiday.
On this occasion, unfortunately the room type you tried to confirm was no longer available and so as soon as we opened the following morning our team were able to advise of the next available option, although unfortunately the cost for this room type had been higher. I completely understand this would be very disappointing.
As you advised for us that you understandably did not wish to proceed with that room type, we were able to cancel the pending payment transaction for you to be sent back to your original payment method. As this had been in a pending state overnight, once we cancelled this for you, as advised, it can take a day or so, depending on the bank's processing times, to reach back to your account. If you have any issues with this not dropping back to your account after a day or 2, please do speak with your bank first of all and if they can confirm the payment has not been returned we will of course be able to forward this to our finance teams to investigate and resolve for you.
Once again, I am so sorry for the disappointment on this occasion. If you do have any further questions or issues with the payment being returned, please do not hesitate to contact our team on 02045 780 977 and we will be more than happy to help with that for you.

Easy booking process
It was easy to find small and friendly accommodation because there is a specially dedicated category. Also it was useful to have information about ' lively' places at night so we could avoid them. The booking process was simple.
