Easy site to book a holiday with. Great prices for tui - I saved over £100 on my holiday booking with these. The chat with advisors was easy to access and the change I wanted to make on my booking was immediately sorted.

Deposit options are available on eligible holidays and depending on how far in advance you book the holiday, and any options for this will be shown on the final page before confirming the holiday for you.
Although we don't have a direct debit facility available, once any deposit has been paid in full, you can then make payments at any time through Manage My Booking or the TUI app, as long as your balance is then paid in full by the due date on your confirmation.

Seat Booking Scam
Paid £100 to select seats on the flight only to find out that to select window seats an additional £100 was needed at the Tui Portal stage. £200 all in just to book 2 seats is ridiculous

UPDATE 30/07/2025 - Thank you for sending over those details. I can see that you have changed your seats from standard to extra legroom which is what has incurred the additional fees.
