This company is a nightmare. I'm constantly being harassed by their phone calls almost every day, despite me repeating constantly to stop. This has been going on for over a year. Avoid at all costs.

Scam company through and through
Scam company through and through. When I booked a year ago they "kindly" said I would have two years to book because of Covid. They told me over and over again this was confirmed to be true TWO YEARS. THIS WAS A LIE! Now they are saying "NOPE THAT NEVER HAPPENED". Gaslit!!! Through and Through!! How DARE THEY STEAL £70 from me!!!!! SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BOOK, YOU WILL NOT GET A HOLIDAY. So depressed I let someone scam me like this!! Just book a holiday the normal way.

Zero star quality.
Wasn't allowed to say no stars but that's what I would have chosen. This company called me in April 2021 offering a 2 night UK hotel b&b break voucher valid for 1 year for £82. My husband and I quite enjoy days away so we took the offer and paid our £82. What we didn't know then was Covid was still going to restrict travel and impact on our lives. Several times, in fact many many times through out the last 9months I have received calls from Holiday Retailers trying to up sell our UK break to a holiday abroad. I kept telling them we weren't interested, we had our UK break and were happy with that. Our voucher expires in April so we thought we would go away in March. I called the company to try and book but was told I had to book using the web site, no problem. I was happy to do thst. Once on the web site though the dates available were for Jan 2022, we wanted March 2022. The terms and conditions of our contract state that you have to book between 3months and 4 weeks before your travel date, which again was what we were trying to do. I once again rang Holiday Retailers and told them I wanted to book for March but couldn't as the web site only went to Jan. I was told to check back on the Friday when it would be updated. Checked back on Friday, still only January available, called again told to check back daily which I did. January ended and still the web site shows January only and no possibility to book for February or March. I contacted the company and told that everything available has gone. How I'm not sure as it was impossible to book through the web site. I have also been told it's my fault for not booking something earlier, after all I've had all year to book something. I explained we want to go away in March so didn't want to book earlier. The contract states I have a year, March was within the year. I have asked for a refund as they are unable to honour their side of the contract but been told no refunds will be given and if I don't get to use the voucher it will be forfeited. Today surprise surprise I get a call offering to upsell my break to a week abroad. As far as I can see this company is a total scam and needs investigating. I have been in touch with other customers on their Facebook page that have also not been able to use their vouchers.
