Mr Enri Tocilla was very friendly and helpful on the phone, I was able to change my booking for my friend, to the correct date and airport. The amount I paid for the wrong booking has been refunded, less the cancellation fee of CHF49. Thank you for the assistance.

I was trying to book a holiday with Eurowings Holidays but the system would not accept my card. Ela Delilaj took care of my problem and solved it for me. Now we are really looking forward to our trip in a few weeks, thank you very much, we will book again!!

Unfortunately because of a snag in the on-line booking (clicking on "credit card" cause a system error) I couldn't complete my booking on-line. Fortunately, the waiting for the call center agent was short and she efficiently helped me to complete the booking. So 5 stars for the call center but only 3 stars for the web page (positiv: could select flights, hotel and other services so booking via the call center was easy).

Thanks that I had Mr. Mateo Gremaj the second time that i called on the phone. He was very kind and respectfully. Also he make a very good job. The first time when i called i had a other men one the phone who didn'd understand well german and i had to repeat many times my wishes. When we finished with everything i ask him tosend my the email to check if everything was wright, but he start to speak many thinks and didn't send me the email. I will ask you to listen to the grabation of our conversation that you can listen everything. I was really mad. Thank you and many regards.

Despite requesting that emails are sent to me in English I keep having to use google translate. I am still awaiting a refund of my deposit from my June holiday to Koh Samui which was cancelled. I received an email on 13th August saying my refund was on the way but could take up to 12 working days (because of the credit card company) although I received a refund from another holiday company in 2 days. As of today 6th September I am still awaiting the refund and have received no response to my email. Not very impressed at all and will check any future Travelzoo bookings to make sure they are not with holidays.ch.

Absolutely awful customer service. I know things have been tough, but turning off the phones and not answering emails is disgraceful! Cancelleing a holiday to Bali the day before even though the flights had been cancelled weeks before, so there was no way of the holiday taking place anyway! On top of that still no refund!
