Appalling customer care!

I’ve been trying to contact them through their official support network since mid July (3 months) and all I get is an automated email saying they are too busy to reply and will get back to me but they don’t. I tried to follow up twice but the same email. Rubbish customer care. In my experience the worst kind of customer care given they cannot even be bothered to reply or even engage.

I’m struggling to think of another company who has a worse customer support.

Cannot get through on phone number not the live chat and I have a booking I need help with. No way of communication at all. Wouldn’t use again

Information received was very clear for both journeys. Bus was waiting when we landed and journey to resort took an hour. On our return we were picked up at the time stated but took one hour and forty minutes to get to airport due to the number of pick ups. Both drivers friendly and helpful

Had a flight delay which caused me to miss my connecting flight. Did call immediately as the airline advised over it, but no amended booking made nor refund received.

I booked a Mercedes car premium service inc water but never received this on both legs of our journey and was given a minivan with rear facing seats which made myself and my son feel unwell. But despite this our transfers where on time both ways drivers polite and look forward to booking with you for our transfers in April to Turkey.

Very good service only issue for us was we had originally booked to go to a different hotel.anf it then got changed by.the.holiday company. Spoke to holiday transfers and they sorted the new paperwork. When we arrived at airport they took us to the original hotel and not the new one. A few phone calls and it all got sorted just slight inconvenience but other than that service very good

Brilliant service, both pick-ups. Excellent driver, good dialogue on both journeys, and pleased that traffic was avoided, by taking another route.

I've used them in another country and the service were good. However, this time the transfer took us 1 hour away from our hotel and we had to pay for transport to get to the transfer. Also we got picked up almost 5 hours early for the return flight so there was lots of sitting around unnecessarily early.

Everything was fine! We booked a transfer by bus with an estimated tranfer time of 60 min and got a private shuttle with 20 min. Thanks!

No problem with pick up from airport,as soon as we got off the plane the coach was ready to go,but driver didn't have clue where he was going,dropped us a random hotel after doing a lap of santa ponsa,told us to walk down the steps to reception only to find that the hotel was closed,there was no name on the hotel so I thought well he obviously know where he's going,how wrong was I,we was about half a mile from our hotel witch we walked to.pick up was fine,on time and the right hotel.

Everything good as usual. The only complaint had to wait a while for transfer
