Estimated Transfer Time Was So Very Inaccurate
We feel that the estimated transfer time given of approximately 1 hour from JFK airport to Manhattan was not the best advice. It took nearly 4 hours to get to our hotel and as we were not in New York for very long we thought 4 hours was too much time wasted on a minibus with numerous drop offs all over Manhattan. Therefore on our return to the airport we chose to use the subway as there was no guarantee of making our flight. It would have been much preferred if the drop offs were planned closer together.

I would actually give no stars
I would actually give no stars. Appallingly rude phone operator when there was no sign of our driver when we flew in, then 40 minutes late pick up from hotel back to airport with phone number permanently engaged when we tried to make contact. We were late to check in as a result. Drivers themselves were fine but the actual service was dreadful.

We used to use Hoppa, but they have been very unreliable on our last two holidays and not willing to help. Whereas your driver was on time, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use your company in future.

Malaga airport to Estepona and back
The driver was waiting for us at the airport and the journey to our destination was excellent. The return journey was also excellent. The only downside was arriving at the airport three and a half hour before the flight

Waited at airport 50 minutes so not…
Waited at airport 50 minutes so not very happy. Policy I know is 60 but would book no more than 4 drops or something similar. Whole transfer took 2 hours as we had to keep waiting for flights to land. The drops were after us but still not what I would do in future!

Private water taxi to Venice
We were met at the airport in Venice by a representative who took us to the water taxi & explained where we would be dropped off & how to get to our hotel. The company then rang us the day before to confirm our pick up time. The service was excellent & far cheaper than we were quoted by the travel agent for a private transfer. I would definitely recommend your services. Many thanks.
