please change the lining!
I love the brand and most of the pieces — the designs are beautiful and feel very elevated. That said, I do think the prices are hard to justify given the materials used.
My biggest issue is the lining. A £500 wool blazer with a polyester lining is honestly disappointing and completely defeats the purpose of investing in a natural wool piece. It’s such a shame because the outer fabrics and cuts are often gorgeous.
The same goes for many of the summer dresses, which are also made from polyester. At this price point, I would expect at least cotton or viscose fabrics for better breathability and comfort. The brand has great style, but the material choices really let it down.

Really pleased with my order, had an issue with the back in stock notifications not sending so missed out on my size. However Adam from the customer support team sourced my size from one of there stores and they arrived within 2 days.

I recently bought several pieces from the Country Club collection and was really impressed by their timeless style and effortless elegance. I made my first HC purchase in 2020 and have been hooked on the brand ever since, mostly for the quality, its distinctive British heritage and refined equestrian touch. The most incredible customer service I have ever experienced!
I had a very minor fault with a coat I bought from Holland Cooper almost 2 years ago, so I emailed them asking for some advice on how I could repair the issue.
Within 24 hours, customer services had issued a free return and arranged an exchange for a brand new coat! Within 5 days, my new coat had arrived.
This wonderful customer service left me feeling like I wanted to buy more from them.

Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Quality
Purchased a women's coat for £200 but had to return it due to the print falling off in certain noticeable areas.
My experience with customer service is not good; they advised that my money would be returned within 5 days, now it is currently 10 days unpaid. The coat was returned 11th May and has been 3 weeks since returned.
Do not buy from this company is my advice.

Highgrove coat glen green
I recently purchased 3/4 length Highgrove Glen Coat, although it seemed quite high end price the quality and finish had an edge over other companies I had looked at selling similar coats also it is made in England which is rare nowadays!
I visited the Holland Cooper shop Cheltenham and had excellent customer service, very friendly, relaxed and no hard sales, they let you look around without approaching too much, nice female assistant helped me choose a jacket, nothing was too much trouble, the coat is of great standard, lovely fabric (wool but lightweight), finish and style, this coat is a classic where you can dress it up or down so I will have lots of wear out of this.
Thank you Holland Cooper for a quality coat and professional friendly customer service.

The sales team were very helpful and responsive. They preordered a dress for me that had not launched yet. The dress arrived on the day of the launch. It is beautiful and I am looking forward to wearing it to my Daughter’s wedding in France. I bought a size 8 because it did not come in a 6, so I had to alter slightly to fit better. Otherwise I am very happy.

This is by far my favourite brand! If I could give Holland Cooper customer service no stars I would.
Currently back and forth with what feels like AI customer service over a refund on a faulty pair of jeans. The amount of emails I have sent to try and get this sorted is absolutely unacceptable. They say they have refunded me but I can't see to where. The card used at checkout is not marked on my order and so I have asked them to confirm where it has been refunded to. If customer service are not AI they must have the most soul-less training. They dodge your actual question and come back with vague and unhelpful responses. I will never buy anything from HC again due to this experience. Which is a shame as I liked the jeans. I have held off writing a review as this has been going on for months, but today's response is the final straw.

Poor Quality And Customer Service
I purchased a pair of HC pumps however after wearing only a couple of occasions the pointed toe section creased badly. I appreciate the nature of the style would ‘eventually’ show signs of creasing however not after a couple of wears, imagining how bad they’re gonna look after several wears. I reported this issue to them hoping for a resolution however they were not interested and basically said ‘it is what it is and the style of the shoe’. This isn’t the first time I have purchased from HC and had an issue, last one was knitwear that started bobbling after only a couple of wears. Same kind of response and ‘it will do this if rubbing against another fabric’. Does this mean you cannot wear a coat over the jumper? 🤔. Not impressed with the quality or service from HC and would not recommend. I did post a review on HC site however funnily enough it was never published.
