My order hasn't arrived for 22 days and I can't get any information about its status.

I ordered a watch on September 20, 2024. My order is still in the first stage, Received. My emails are answered in 2-3 days. I am trying to find out the status of my order, but I cannot get an explanatory answer. The product page on the site still says that the estimated delivery will be in 3-5 days. However, it has been 22 days and my order is still waiting in the first stage. The worst ordering experience I have ever had. I am not sure if my order will arrive.

EDIT: Thank you for the information sent. We do really regret this situation. As informed by email, your watch was coming from one of our stores. Unfortunately the one received was defective, so we have asked for a new one to the brand.
As they are taking some time to deliver it, we have issued you a full refund for your order.
We do once more apologize for the situation and wish we can show you, in a future visit, that this has really just been an unfortunate situation and exception.

Although a beautiful watch

Although a beautiful watch, I didn't expect to do all the customs paperwork or pay 141 extra dollars so I can receive it. I know we are responsible for the tax but I should of bought in America and save 100 dollars. Lessons learned.

AVOID - SCAM SITE

Ordered a strap and tool. Failed to deliver, then when I emailed asking for a refund or replacement I have been completely ignored. Had to contact trading standards as the service is unacceptable.

Absolute chaos (review of its sister company Master in Time)

"Dear Sir/Madam,
I am reaching out regarding order [please contact me to ask for the order number]. I hope someone at your customer service can take it seriously and look into this query.
As shown in the forwarded email from your company dated May 13, the order was proactively canceled by your company due to some quality control issues with the product. In this email, your company said the order had been canceled and a full refund would be given to me. However, as of May 15 (today), there are two very confusing issues:
1. Your company never offered a full refund; the amount on my credit card has been charged and given to your company. Your company did not honor the promise to refund the order.
2. A day after your company canceled order , I received another email from your company saying that the order had been dispatched. I later received another email from DHL saying that the ordered item was currently on the way to my mailing address. May I ask what exactly is happening here? I am receiving two sets of completely contradictory correspondence from your company. Could someone at CS really look into this case and let me know what is happening? Please see the attached photo and the email from your company below.

I received a band for the Victorinox…

I received a band for the Victorinox watch that was too large for the lug size although it described it as the proper dimension. Sent comments with pictures and received no response. Buyer beware l guess as their customer service is non existent.

I ordered a watch and there was a small…

I ordered a watch and there was a small scratch on the watch. They apologized and I requested a full refund. I sent the watch back, but the package did not reach the address. Even though the watch package did not reach the address, they paid a full refund and sent a discount code. The customer service was extremely respectful, polite and helpful. Even though I had problems with the postal service, they were extremely patient and understanding. If you want to buy a watch, choose this company.

Shocking customer service and communication

Shocking customer service! Ordered a watchstrap which was still not despatched to the courier 7 days after order. Website showed “out of stock” status change 7 days after order. Emailed them and was told that my complaint had been passed to the “Customer Support” section. What a joke! Refund via PayPal initiated, never buy from this company again.

DO NOT buy anything from Holland Watch…

DO NOT buy anything from Holland Watch Group. Very poor service at Holland Watch Group. The watch i bought ended up with a fault and kept turning on and off by itself. When i returned it, they came back to me stating that it can't be repaired under warranty as I had caused the damage. Which I had most certainly not. And now they will not repond to my emails. Do Not buy from this company!!!
