Perfect experience

Perfect experience. Shipping rates were reasonable and watch bracelet only took 3 days to arrive on the other side of the world. Price for bracelet was fair for an AD.

Excellent experience!

Ordered and received a Hamilton metal bracelet shipped from The Netherlands to Arizona in five days. Item was exactly as described and protected with factory covering. Price was by far the lowest on the internet, including shipping. Highly recommend this business.

Unethical

They insisted that a certain band would fit my Swatch, even after my sending several photos. When the wrong one arrived, and I wrote to them they informed me I had never purchased the band!!! Then submitting a return request yielded no results after six days.

As previously mentioned, the original strap for your watch is no longer available, which is why we carefully selected and recommended a compatible alternative. The strap you received is indeed the correct model for your watch.

Regarding the attachment pins, these are integrated into the watch case itself and are designed to be reused when replacing the strap. As they are not included with any replacement strap—neither from us nor from Swatch—we understand that their loss or breakage can be frustrating. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for this, as it is not related to the item supplied.

That said, we want to ensure that your experience with us remains positive. As a gesture of goodwill, we will proceed with a full refund for the strap upon its return.

Very pleased

After reading the reviews, I paid for DHL delivery to make sure the watch arrived on time for my grandson's birthday. It was worth it. The watch and case arrived in less than a week. His birthday is coming up and will see how it works, but on the meantime everything looks great.

Citizen watch strap

I ordered a Citizen watch strap on the 21/11/2024 with order number 11263895. I'm still waiting for this to be delivered. They did contact me to say it wasn't going to be delivered and did I want them to order it again or refund me. I still need the watch strap so I agreed to let them re order it. on the 9/12/2024 I was told the reorder could take between 1 & 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for my strap to be delivered. My new reservation number is 10063310. I'd like a refund now please.

Swatch band - quickly delivered to the US, no issues at all

I ordered a Swatch band that is no longer in production and could not find it anywhere else. The transaction was smooth, and Holland Watch Group instantly emailed me an invoice that showed I had paid.

In one or two business days, I got a tracking number emailed to me and after looking, I could see the package was already on its way to the US.

The package arrived in a cardboard mailer, very secure, and arrived at my home quickly. I was surprised how quick it made it to the US and through customs.

The band is the actual band I wanted, definitely authentic and I could not be happier. I will 100% add Holland Watch Group to my internet bookmarks and shop there again.

Bought a watch band replacement for my…

Bought a watch band replacement for my husband for Christmas. Excellent experience with HWG. It arrived a day or two later than expected but in tact, coming through customs and all the way to the US from The Nertherlands. I was pleasantly impressed. My husband is so happy! Thank you.

Items not what they say they are…

**UPDATE**
The return instructions sent were vague at best, an gave zero clarity on how to go about return. I have to pay to ship it back? That's ridiculous! The item said 22mm but was only 19mm in reality! Are mm's different in Germany? I want a stainless two-tone Citizen band that is 22mm like I paid for!

I received the item but it was not 22mm as labeled on the site an the packaging! I don't know how to go about shipping it back because the customs form they sent says it's only worth €30 but it's worth double that much! I asked for help an haven't received a reply for days now! I just wanted what I ordered in the size it's supposed to be! It says 22mm but when measured it's clearly 19mm! You know how stupid a watch looks with 3mm of nothing on the sides?!

Items not received

Initial post on 12/8/2024: Items not received for order from 10/26/2024. Order #11236739. Tried to call, but phone never answered beyond automated attendant indicating all lines are busy. The order information noted that the business was located in Rotterdam, Netherlands, the caller ID of the phone number was "watch.co.uk" in the town of Aylesbury. Hmm...

12/13/2024 Update: No email follow up. No phone call follow up. No product received. I have disputed the transaction with Visa as this appears to be a spam/fraud company.

12/18/2024: No emails received regarding the actual status of the order, how to rectify the supposed problem with my parcel being returned, etc. However, I received two "How was your experience?" emails with no personalized information (just "Hi ,"). Each provided a clickable button indicating it would be going to some third-party site. Given scam concerns, I have no intention of clicking on their "survey" link. The greater the time and interactions, the more this company seems totally illegitimate. Unlike any legitimate business I've ever ordered from.
