My Swatch replacement strap arrived within a very reasonable time, very nicely packaged and with an informative note. The strap was also reasonably priced and shipment cost was not prohibitive. I ordered an old chrono skin swatch I could not find anywhere, the price was reasonable and the item came on time and perfectly packed.
Moreover, everything was written in Italian, my mothertongue.

My shopping experience with squiggly is THE WORST internet shopping experience by far. Product arrived damaged due to poor packaging and I was forced to pay to have the damaged goods returned (return shipping not refunded) AND the person who asked me to return the goods had the cheek to demand that the damaged goods are properly packaged for the return journey. Customer service was slow and indifferent. Only bought from them once. Will never buy from them again.

A disaster!!
I ordered a couple of watch and 2 bands. One of the bands came broken-it looked like somebody was trying to shorten it, but didn't succeed. After I wrote the complaint to Squiggly the answer was to take it to my local jeweler to repair it))). I sent it back.To find the shipment in their company only took them 5 weeks. After many useless emails I got tired and send the whole order back with all my bank details.I had to write 3 more emails with my bank details since it seemed impossible for Squiggly to get the info the first time. After a week I only got half of the payment back with no explanation where the rest of the money is. It looks like after 3 months I am left with no watch neither my money. This is by far the worse shopping internet experience I have ever went thru. Never, never again do I want to have anything to do with Squiggly. Only hoping to get my money back..

My swatch wristband was breaking and the local jewelry store suggested I try to find a replacement online. The swatch website was not helpful in finding my watch and suggesting which wristband to order. I found Squiggly through Google and their assistance was very valuable. After sending a couple of pictures of my watch, they easily recommended the appropriate replacement band and processed my order very quickly. A delay at customs, of course, made the expected delivery date inaccurate, but I really appreciated the quality and speed of service.

Amazing customer relations
I have a swatch watch which was bought through squiggly in the first instance, its quite a rare one 1991 vintage I believe and like most swatches its vibrant and I love it. not long after I had the watch the strap broke but unfortunately its so rare that trying to get a strap for it was proving very hard indeed and i didn't want to spoil the overall effect of the watch and strap (after all they are both part of the jewellery )I did replace with another strap for a while as the strap that went with the watch was unavailable and it made do.
now almost 18 months later squiggly out of the blue emailed me to say they had another on in stock so hopefully its now winging its way to me and i shall have my complete watch back. thank you so much for the time and effort you all put in

I try to found a SWATCH strap from 1990. Squiggly say that is out of stock, but they will inform me as soon as they got one.
Some months latter I receive an email where they say that the required Strap is available. I ordered last Monday, and I received 3 days later. So I cannot be more happy with that service. Without any doubt a Company to trust. Thanks Squiggly.
