The quality of their clothing is consistently good—especially their jeans and basics, which always fit well and last. I love how their collections stay on trend without being too flashy, and the fabrics (especially in their loungewear and summer pieces) are super soft and comfortable.

Shipping is usually quick, and returns are easy when needed. I also appreciate how the sizing has become more inclusive over time. Overall, a great brand for everyday style with a laid-back vibe. Highly recommend!

They sent me Chinos with a massive hole near the back pocket then made me pay for the return fee since they don't offer free returns to Australian customers.

I do not recommend.

They sent me the wrong jeans, I ordered low rise flare and they sent me high rise baggy jeans (it even says in the label high rise baggy when my order comfirmation says low rise flare). I understand that people can make mistakes but they have not given me the option to be sent the ones I actually ordered. It is clear that the reason I have been sent the wrong ones is because the jeans I ordered are now out of stock on the website showing they have sold me something that they did not have in stock so they decided to send me the wrong ones and now I have to go out of my way to return them. I am really disappointed as I quite liked this shop as their jeans fit really nicely... not when you are sent the right ones though :/

Absolutely amazing!!! I only buy clothes from Hollister, the colours, the quality, the whole experience is just outstanding. If you got a problem, they will sort it out for you and they are super generous. Don't read the bad reviews, go and check it by yourself.

Lovely good quality, slightly different products. They have genuine sales and I love the returns policy where exchanges are super simple and easy - far easier than many other companies. If you're a member, you get good rewards and can work up to free delivery. Their loungeware and casual tops are lovely and brushed cotton shorts/PJ's are just gorgeous 😍 delivery is slower than I would like but other than that I'm very happy and would recommend.

My top pick from Hollister is easily the gilly hicks recharge zip up jacket in purple. It has pockets, looks cute, great exercise top and can be worn not exercising. I love it ! I wear it atleast once a week!

I love Hollister jeans but the t-shirt's are kind of bland and lack style I liked when they had the Marvel shirts and other cool designs that had a little pizzaz.

I apsouletly love Hollister+ usually have a great experience with them, usually high quality items that never show signs of wear. Not so long ago (but over 30 days ago), I made a big order including 2 fold over leggins. The outer stitched seams on the inner of each leg, which are decorative on the flares are pilling badly, noticeably so that they look like they’re really old. Not what one would expect from a good quality pair of trousers - expect much longer longevity as they are basically now only wearable within the house. I brought this issue to the customer service chat who were horrendous + unhelpful. I’m not able to attach screenshots but my issues were responded with saying sorry but it’s over the 30 day return period and not addressing anything. I was also cut off mid typing more of an explanation by the representative saying ‘there’s nothing more i can do’ about my issue. Mind blown by the lack of care for a customer, i wanted a recipt of the chats and was met with a really long email with the chats being unreadable, being one letter per line and vertical if that makes sense. I also asked for a manager and was told i have to ring to do that which i would then have to re explain my issue. Ridiculous

I’ve been shopping at Hollister for a very long time but I just recently began ordering from them online. So far I have not had any negative experiences. Their customer service is among the best in comparison to their competitors. No issues with orders or shipping etc. I hope to continue having good experiences with Hollister, they make the jeans that fit me the absolute best.

My go to clothes shop, everything is so cute and sizes are so inclusive. I love how the website is filled with a mixed range of models and I made full use of the buy 1 get 1 half price offer last month! I also love that you can exchange in store even if you bought online

I went to the Hollister goodie from the Wyoming Valley Mall today, because I lost mine that I had for many years and one of the sales person named Gab, went to the back and found me a similar one. I want to thank her for what she done to go above and beyond to help me.

This Hollister of recent times is the absolute worst. From being my go to brand to not finding one thing I like . What happened to the fun Hollister logo T-shirts? Not even an option ??? Why have surfboards in the store but not have a beach vibe with the tshirts ? Everything is baggy, boxy and plain. Pls go back to being Hollister.

I have been wearing Hollister since 2006 I love their clothes but as of now I don’t know who is the designer but all of their clothes suck there are no original designs anymore all of these college teams and baggy clothes are not what I’m use to. The sweatpants with hollister going down the leg is gone the tees with the bird with hollister around it gone I don’t know if they are trying to appeal to a different base but the collections they have now suck. Please go back to the hollister I fell in love with I really need new shirts and sweats PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!

Great clothing brand. They have fast shipping and their physical store in London is also great, with great costumer service. The products are excellent and great quality.

I went to Cardiff store a few days ago was left a little disappointed as I bought a bikini set and when I went to pay I was directed away from a till and put on like a pop up till where the boy used a scanner to serve me where he then mistakenly scanned two lots of the bikini top and didn’t scan the bottoms and I used my student discount and my £5 reward from my app however because the bikinis tops were more expensive then the bottoms it left me paying £10 more than what I should have however I can’t now go back to the store to fix the problem as I live too far away from Cardiff to bring them back to fix the mistake meaning that I’m left slightly disappointed as I’ve lost £10.

I had my first delivery in December, it got ‘lost’ and the person I spoke to on the chat was amazing. New items sent out straight away, next day delivery.

My second order was a few weeks ago, I did it in 2 deliveries on 2 different weeks. It was during a promotion and both orders came before their estimated date (usually sent out the next day, delivery 2 days later.)

I have to return some items due to not being my style, so hopefully my experience in store will be just as good!

The blonde girl that works in the hollister at garden state plaza was very rude and not nice. I went to go pick out a sweatshirt to get my size which was at the bottom of the pile and picked it up when she went “oh” in a very nasty , annoyed way. After that encounter she proceeded to go over to her co worker and begin to talk about me making a “mess” i saw the whole thing. I had overheard her co worker then say “it is okay that’s why you work here” meaning it’s okay for your COSTUMERS to make a “mess” and for you to refold everything :) I would of 100% bought the item that i had in my hands but after that encounter i immediately put it down and walked out of the store very upset.
