I had a terrible experience with Mohammad Umair. He never picked me up from my address and often asked me to travel up to an hour away from my place to meet him. After lessons, he would drop me off far from home, and I had to pay extra for the train and tube. His aggressive behavior while driving made it very difficult to learn. He would bang on the car door instead of calmly instructing me to check the mirrors, and at one point, his behavior almost led to an argument.

I asked Holloway to change my instructor, but they told me I had to continue with him because it would be better for my test.
